9/11 Mastermind and Accomplices Secure Plea Deal

The evil Democratic Party not only allowed the invasion of our borders, but they completely sold the country to godless terrorists.

The Biden-Harris corrupt regime knowingly allowed the murderers of nearly 3,000 Americans in the worst terror attack on American soil to escape death sentence after securing a plea deal with prosecutors.

“In exchange for the removal of the death penalty as a possible punishment, these three Accused have agreed to plead guilty to all of the charged offenses, including the murder of the 2,976 people listed in the charge sheet,” said a letter signed by Rear Adm. Aaron C. Rugh, chief prosecutor for the OMC, and sent to victims’ families Wednesday.

This announcement is a slap on the face for the families of all the victims of the attack who waited for more than two decades for the case to conclude. Many of them assert that the suspects must be given the highest form of punishment, which is death for their heinous attacks.

The Office of Military Commissions admitted without any hint of regret that they had entered into a pre-trial agreement with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, mastermind of the Al Qaeda attack, and two co-conspirators, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin Attash and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi, who were all imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay.

The news of the plea deal for the criminals was a massive blow to the victims’ families.

“I am very disappointed. We waited patiently for a long time. I wanted the death penalty — the government has failed us,” Daniel D’Allara, whose twin brother, John, was one of 23 NYPD cops who died in the 9/11 attacks, said in an interview with The Post.

For Jim Smith, the husband of the lone female NYPD police officer who died on 9/11, it felt like he was “kicked in the balls.”

“The prosecution and families have waited 23 years to have our day in court to put on the record what these animals did to our loved ones. They took that opportunity away from us,” Smith lamented.

“They committed the worst crime in the history of our country, they should receive the highest penalty.”

In a letter obtained by The Post, the guilty plea hearings could begin as early as next week. The terrorists agreed to confess that they were guilty of murder and conspiracy.

Furthermore, the OMC letter added that the suspects agreed to respond to any questions the victims’ families might have “regarding their roles and reasons for conducting the September 11 attacks.”

Meanwhile, Biden’s White House washes its hands of any accountability into this travesty of justice, pointing to an ‘independent military convening authority’ which they claim they had no control of.
