The Department of Justice is playing, and he wants everyone to play with them.
In an insult to the US Congress, after months of denial, the Justice Department’s attorneys now reveal they have the transcriptions from the kid sniffer’s ghostwriter.
On Monday, the DOJ revealed that they have the transcripts of discussions between Biden and his ghostwriter, Mark Zwonitzer.
The Heritage Foundation filed a lawsuit against the DOJ amid the department’s refusal to release several documents and recordings cited by Special Counsel Robert Hur in his report on crooked Joe’s mishandling of classified docs.

Suddenly, after months of denials, the transcripts surfaced out of nowhere, with the DOJ claiming they had discovered transcripts of some of the audio in the “past few days” that they were processing “portions of the Biden-Zwonitzer audio recordings that the parties agreed to.”
“The Department located six electronic files, consisting of a total of 117 pages, that appeared to be verbatim transcripts of a small subset of the Biden-Zwonitzer audio recordings created for the SCO by a court-reporting service,” the attorneys continued.
Previously, a DOJ lawyer claimed that no such thing existed.
In a hearing last month, the attorney asserted “Unlike the case of the special counsel and his interviews with the president, we don’t have some transcript that’s been created by the special counsel that we can attest to its accuracy.”
The discussions between Biden and Zwonitzer occurred sometime between 2016 and 2017 and played a crucial role in Hur’s report.
Hur mentioned in his report that during the book writing process, Biden would read to Zwonitzer notes he took during classified meetings he attended when he was vice president “nearly word-for-word.”
According to DOJ’s attorneys, Biden and his ghostwriter had about 70 hours of audio recordings.
Hur was heavily scrutinized after his reluctance to file a lawsuit against the incumbent president because Bien was “a well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
Attorney General Merrick Garland even marked these recordings as highly classified and wrestled with lawmakers as they asserted that the DOJ should turn over these recordings.
Old Joe’s disastrous performance in his debate with Donald Trump last June doubled down on concerns about his physical and mental fitness. On Sunday, Biden decided to step aside and end his reelection dreams amid the panic and pressure among party mates.
Meanwhile, Republicans thundered at the DOJ for announcing they had the transcripts just a day after Biden withdrew his campaign.
“Now that Biden’s not running, it’s AMAZING what info DOJ can cough up,” Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) wrote on X.
