The United States Supreme Court is now hearing oral arguments around Mississippi’s 2018 abortion law. Many legal experts are suggesting this could be the potential basis to overturn the controversial Roe V. Wade law of 1973.
Justice Clarence Thomas is a well-known Constitutional Conservative in the Supreme Court for well over 30 years and destroyed the pro-choice lawyers with his questions.
“Does a mother have a right to ingest drugs and harm a pre-viable baby? Can the state bring child neglect charges against the mother?”, he asked.
Justice Thomas also questioned of “abortion being protected in the constitution” claim that many liberal activists like to make.
“Would you specifically tell me, specifically state what the right is, is it specifically abortion? Is it a liberty? Is it liberty? Is it autonomy? Is it privacy?” Thomas asked.
Clarence has expressed his frustration with the court’s refusal to take up abortion cases in the past. In a 2019 opinion, he wrote “The notion that anything in the Constitution prevents States from passing laws prohibiting the dismembering of a living child is implausible.”

I had my 1 at would have been born taken by the decision of my 3 year girlfriends parents. I was informed after the deed. I was devastated for 10 years before I could have a relationship with another woman. The highest life goal that I had was to be a better father than the one I had. It took 10 years for me to accept that it was not my choice nor not my fault. Abortion kills it can not be stated in any other way. The bottom line is the facts.
It wasn’t your fault. Women don’t think about the consequences for the father of the child. They only think about themselves. In one way I can’t blame them because most of the time when they tell the father he hits the trail never to be heard of again. The mother is then left to have and support the child on her own or have an abortion.
If abortion is legal why can a person be charged with 2 murders if both a pregnant woman and her unborn child are killed, i.e. Scott Peterson??
