It seems like taking in millions of criminals and individuals from mental institutions who have illegally crossed the US border isn’t enough for Joe Biden. A government document obtained by CBS News exposed the plans of the Democratic Party’s presumptive nominee to take in Palestinians.
The documents revealed that senior officials of various federal agencies are discussing the possibility of resettling Palestinians without considering if they are likely related to a Hamas terrorist member or a member of Hamas themselves.
One of the provisions of the proposal, the United States Refugee Admissions Program, would be utilized to take in Palestinians with US ties, who managed to escape the war-torn Gaza and enter Egypt.
Top government officials also mull allowing Palestinian refugees with American relatives to enter the country.
A White House spokesperson reacted to the report and told the New York Post, “Since the beginning of the conflict, the United States has helped more than 1,800 American citizens and their families leave Gaza, many of whom have come to the United States.”
“We have also been clear and consistent: the United States categorically rejects any actions leading to the forced relocation of Palestinians from Gaza or the West Bank or the redrawing of the borders of Gaza.”
Refugee status allows the asylum seeker to apply for permanent residence in the US. They will also be granted housing, health care, and other benefits.
This move might endanger the country, as a recent poll shows that the majority of Palestinians (98.2 percent) see the US role in the Israel-Hamas war negatively, while 76 percent view Hamas positively.
Senator Tim Scott (R-South Carolina) blasted the plan and called it “reckless.”
Hogwash. President Biden consistently undermines our national security with reckless decisions like this. We have no clue who is coming into our country, whether on our southern border or from war-torn regions run by terrorists,” he wrote on X.
“Not a single Hamas sympathizer should be let into this country, and I will use every resource at my disposal to ensure this radical Biden policy never sees the light of day.”
Journalist Mark Levin on X, “Biden-Blinken plotting to do what no Arab country is willing to do, bring Palestinians to our country from Gaza.”
“The best & noblest thing that Biden should do for Palestinians is to stop Israel’s war on Palestine, not to bring them to the US as war refugees.
There’s no moral logic in bringing Palestinians to the US as refugees of a war funded by the US,” wrote another X user.
They can move to Iran if they like, we already have plenty of illegals here who hate this country. Better yet take all those college terrorist who hate this country with you.
