Biden’s Job Approval Rating Plunges to Epic Depths

As former President Donald Trump and Joe Biden gear for a possible rematch in November, voters assess Biden’s job performance since being elected into office.

According to a study conducted by NBC News, only 14 percent of registered voters think Biden is doing a better job than they expected he would. However, 42 percent expressed that the 81-year-old president has done a worse job than they expected; and 44 percent say he performed just as they expected he would.

In contrast to Trump’s presidency, respondents recalled the MAGA leader’s tenure more fondly than Biden. At least 40 percent say Trump’s presidency was better than expected. Meanwhile, only 29 percent said it was worse, and 31 percent think it was about as expected.

Moreover, Trump is performing way better than Biden, with those who identify themselves as independent, where 38 percent think Trump’s administration was better than expected, and only 18 percent say it was worse. Meanwhile, for Biden, 52 percent of the independents say it was worse.

One voter from Illinois quips that Biden was being “pushed around too much” and wants him to take charge.

“On every front: immigration, the wars, economy, pretty much you name it. He needs to close the border. He’s being pushed around too much. He needs to take charge like a superpower like we are,” he said.

“He was passing out too much money, and it caused inflation to skyrocket, so prices are way too high.”

Some were concerned about his age and his competency.

A New Yorker who voted for Biden in 2020 said, “The economy is stagnant as I’m concerned. I don’t see it getting better or worse, but I do not see anything that will improve it.”

Within the liberals, nearly 20 percent of respondents say Biden is underperforming, while 52 percent commented that he has done about as well as expected.

The news outlet also released a new poll last Sunday, reporting that Biden’s approval rating plummeted to 37 percent. Additionally, the NBC News poll found Trump leading against Biden by 16 percent in competency and effectiveness.

Respondents also slammed his handling of the Israel-Hamas conflict, with only three of the respondents approving of his measures.

Last week, the University of Houston also released the analysis of their survey revealing that President Trump has been gaining ground among Hispanics.

The former president is leading Biden with 47 percent to 41 percent.
