The Biden family is now under fire as Republican lawmakers continue to unravel questionable financial transactions that involve possible conflicts of interest and position leveraging.
“At the center of these controversies are the father-and-son duo, Joe and Hunter. But court records and documents reveal that Joe’s sister-in-law, Sara Biden has also played a key role in these plunderous family businesses for years.
Jim Biden, Joe’s brother, and his wife lived an extravagant lifestyle despite facing bankruptcies and tax issues.
Similar to Hunter, their access to the White House provided them with connections to companies and foreign entities with questionable interests that conflicted with those of the United States.
GOP leaders question the subpoenaed bank records that revealed Sara has been issuing checks to her brother-in-law, amounting to almost a quarter million dollars, and marked them as “loan repayment.”
The House Oversight and Judiciary Committee sent Sara a letter requiring her to appear for a transcribed interview. The committees also subpoenaed Jim Biden for testimony and information.
Obtained documents from America First Legal show that Sarah and Jim’s Lion Hall Group appeared on 3,735 emails under former Vice President Biden’s office.
This extensive communication belied President Joe’s claim that “he was never involved in, or even aware of, his family business dealings.”
Through Jim’s prodding, Leonard Barrack hired Sara Biden for his law firm Barrack, Rodos & Bacine as the couple assured him that they would give him clients through their “political connections.”
But instead, according to Barrack’s complaint in 2004, the couple created a business dealing for Lion Hall Group, where she is the president. Sara also used the law firm’s resources for lavish trips across Europe, Hawaii, and Alaska.
As stated in the lawsuit, none of their lavish trips had generated any business for the firm.
“The Bidens never intended to generate business opportunities for the Barrack Law Firm during their travels, using the trips instead for personal pleasure and to develop opportunities for Lion Hall.”
Before leaving the group in 2003, the wife had also received $500,000 worth of loans as salary advances but never paid them. Barrack accused Sara and the Lion Hall Group of “fraud,” “unjust enrichment,” and “breach of contract.”
The couple also had frequent troubles with the IRS. In 2013, they were charged with $589,000 for unpaid taxes.
Jim and Sara went on to buy a $2.5 million vacation home in Naples, Florida. The entire Biden family had used this vacation home and earned the title, “Biden Bungalow”.
Unfortunately, the couple had sunk further into debt as renovations and repairs piled up.
To resolve their tax and vendor liens, the two leveraged Joe’s position to seek help from John Hynansky, a major Biden Ddonor who was also a millionaire car magnate.
Hyansky loaned them up to $900,000, according to court records.
At this period, the former vice president was also leading policy initiatives in Ukraine, this coincides with the implementation of Overseas Private Investment Corporation, a federal lending agency, which authorized loans for Hynansky to create a 7,300-square-foot Porsche dealership. The dealership was intended to be built along the highway that links Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital, to the Boryspil International Airport.
But the couple eventually sold the Biden Bungalow and Hynansky released his lien on the property.
Once again, Jim, leveraging his brother’s connections, secured a loan from Americore Health, a chain of rural hospitals, by offering investment funds based on their claimed connections.
During this period in the summer of 2017, Hunter Biden started sending hundreds of thousands of dollars to his Uncle Jim and Aunt Sara; including Joe Biden, who was the vice president at that time.
The source of these funds is linked to CEFC China Energy, a Chinese conglomerate tied to Chinese military intelligence. The Lion Hall has amassed $1.4 million from Hunter Biden in a year.
According to bank records obtained by the House Oversight Committee, Hunter Biden transferred $150,000 to his uncle’s company from a joint account with CEFC on August 14, 2017. About two weeks later, Sara withdrew $50,000 from that amount and deposited it into her and Jim Biden’s checking account. Subsequently, she wrote a $40,000 check to Joe Biden, ostensibly as a “loan repayment.” This sum constituted 10% of the $400,000 total, matching the arrangement mentioned in Hunter’s emails found on his abandoned laptop, referring to a “10 held by H for the big guy.

The White House failed to respond to these issues and instead claimed that these were just “smear campaigns” by Republican lawmakers.
If there is truly ‘nothing wrong with them,’ why did Wells Fargo raise questions about Hunter’s transactions with his aunt, Sara Biden? The bank inquired, ‘She is a relative, and the address seems to be a residential one.’
They also asked, ‘What is the nature of the business?
The bank flagged these transactions for potential financial crimes and possible money laundering activity, which signaled the U.S. Treasury Department to issue a series of suspicious activity reports.
The Senate also found out that CEFC issued a $100,000 line of credit to Hunter, his uncle, and his aunt, where they went on “an extravagant global shopping spree.”
An article by Real Clear Investigations pointed Sara Biden as the financial conduit that may hold the answer to whether the president also benefitted from the Chinese largesse as part of a ‘foreign influence-peddling scheme’
Congressional investigators believe that Lion Hall was created to serve as a channel to launder bribes intended for Joe Biden.
