The Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the office of Michigan’s Attorney General are well informed about the “alarming” incidents of “ballot fraud” at the TCF Center in Detroit during the 2020 presidential elections, as proven by the documents obtained by investigative journalist Yehuda Miller through a FOIA request.
One document revealed that Michigan lawyer Troy Cummings had contacted Matthew Schneider of the Justice Department to report an “egregious situation” at a voting center that involved ballot counting and “ballot fraud” in Detroit.
Schneider was alarmed by the allegations that led him to request the FBI to investigate the matter.
He also emailed several DOJ officials to inform them about the situation at the TCF Center.
In his email, Cummings detailed the election integrity issues he has encountered in Michigan. He said: “I’m following up with some information on one of the most egregious situations that I encountered over the past few days at TCF Center. There were many examples of significant election integrity issues. But this example involves actions of government officials from both the local and state levels that are shocking if true. At the very least, I think it’s worth following up on. I will note that the pole worker, Mrs. Jacob, has 30 years in with the city and is very concerned with her job safety for doing this and likely speaking about if further. But she obviously had the courage to raise these issues yesterday. 1. Jacob conversation – narrative of the situation. 2. Affidavit of Jessica Connarn – GOP poll challenger 3. Statement of Julie Maday 4. Copies of notes from poll worker.”
Schneider then informed David Nanz of the FBI’s Inspection Division and included in the CC — Richard Donoghue from the Office of the Deputy Attorney General, Dawn Ison Ison from the Office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan (USAMIE), and Mark Chutkow, also from the Office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan (USAMIE).
His exact words were: “Dave: Attached please find an email from an attorney in Michigan that describes what appears to be ballot fraud in Detroit. This allegation, and accompanying photos, is alarming. I would like the FBI to look into this please. Could you please follow up?”
A staff from the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan, forwarded the email to Adam Farcassi, the Regulatory Manager of Michigan’s Bureau of Elections, “Adam, we received this complaint. Will chat with you at 5:30 pm.”
Another email found by Miller cites the Michigan Attorney General’s office responding to a similar complaint in TCF Center.
Thomas Fabus, a representative from the Attorney General’s office, said: “Talked to the FBI on this and it’s not going to be in their lane or ours in terms of apparent criminal actions, but MDOS (Michigan Department of State) may want to call and try and head this off.”
Fabus’ email shows that the investigation on the matter did not fall under the jurisdiction of either the FBI or his office, and therefore, they would not act upon the incident and suggested that the MDOS might want to possibly “head this off.”
These troves of information prove that federal officials, including Michigan’s Attorney General, are well aware of the massive fraud in Michigan, but none are interested in taking action.
Worse, they claim that the incident is above their pay grade.
Yet they boast that there were no successful election fraud lawsuits in Michigan and even slandered President Donald Trump as he exposed massive cheating in various states.
