BOMBSHELL: The Supreme Court Of Arizona Delivers Major Ruling In Kari Lake’s Election Lawsuit

The Supreme Court of Arizona is examining one of the seven claims made by the Republican candidate Kari Lake, arguing discrepancies in the state’s votes counting procedure following her defeat in the 2022 gubernatorial race.

Lake lost to the current Democrat Gov. Katie Hobbs by almost 17,000 votes.

However, she has been challenging the election results through a legal trial by questioning the vote printer’s accuracy and the signature authentication systems in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Back in February, Lake’s appeal to dismiss the results and tip over the 2022 elections was declined by the Arizona Court of Appeals.

The court of appeals wrote after its judgment:

“Lake’s arguments highlight Election Day difficulties, but her request for relief fails because the evidence presented to the superior court ultimately supports the court’s conclusion that voters were able to cast their ballots, that votes were counted correctly, and that no other basis justifies setting aside the election result.”

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of Arizona judged that Lake’s appeal for the signature authentication procedures was erroneously overruled by the court of appeals.

Lake tweeted on the same day and wrote that the Supreme Court’s judgment was a “HUGE” development.

Currently, the high court has refused to proceed with any other case that challenges the results of the Arizona gubernatorial election.

Even with the defeat in her 2022 midterms elections, there are rumors that Lake is aiming for the state’s Senate seat in 2024.

However, earlier in March, an ex-news anchor disclosed that Lake still wanted to pursue the position of Arizona’s Governor.

Lake informed Fox News:

“I am 100% dedicated to serving as Arizona governor. I will also work to make sure President Trump gets back in the White House ASAP. Anything outside of those two goals is nothing but a distraction.”

Lake added:

“Our best days are ahead of us, and it all starts with electing America First candidates all across this country.”
