Authorities have begun to reveal the identities of some masked individuals involved in the recent Los Angeles riots, according to an announcement made Tuesday by FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino.
Footage from the scene shows several individuals hurling rocks, cinder blocks, and other objects at immigration officers during the unrest. Investigators have now matched some of these figures to names and faces. Bongino emphasized that arrests are imminent.
“Turn yourself in. It’s only a matter of time,” he wrote online. “I promise.”
The statement was accompanied by a wanted notice featuring Elpidio Reyna, a 40-year-old resident of Compton, CA, who is accused of attacking a federal officer during the violence in Paramount on Saturday.
“SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS,” the flyer claims.
The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward for any information that results in Reyna’s capture and conviction.
Reyna is among several suspects being pursued by the Trump administration in connection with violent attacks involving cinder blocks, electric scooters, and other harmful objects aimed at federal agents carrying out immigration operations last Friday. The enforcement actions sparked demonstrations that escalated, prompting President Donald Trump to deploy thousands of National Guard troops across California to restore order.
Bongino’s remarks followed a declaration from U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, who said on Monday that investigators had successfully identified several individuals.
“That guy has just been identified, and they are doing a search warrant on his house as we speak,” Bondi told Fox News’ Sean Hannity. “His name is Reyes. He is going to be on the most wanted list.”
US Attorney Bill Essayli later confirmed that the individual Bondi referred to is Reyna.
“WANTED: Elpidio Reyna can run, but he can’t hide. He threw rocks at federal officers leaving a command post in Paramount on Saturday, a brazen attack caught on film and that could have resulted in deaths,” Essayli, the chief federal prosecutor for California’s Central District, wrote on X.

According to the NY Post, the U.S. attorney noted that a conviction for assaulting a federal officer could result in a prison sentence of up to eight years.
An FBI representative informed the publication that Reyna remains at large.
“We’re actively seeking his whereabouts,” the spokesperson confirmed. “Our investigation is ongoing.”
Since Saturday, over 1,000 demonstrators have taken to the streets, engaging in violent clashes with law enforcement and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, many of which have been captured on video. Reyna is among those being sought for allegedly endangering the lives of officers involved in the apprehension of approximately 150 individuals suspected of being in the country illegally.
“The guy was breaking up the cinder blocks, and he was throwing them,” Bondi said about Reyna. “He has been identified by great police work by the FBI. So you can run. You can’t hide. We are coming after you, federally.”
On Monday, President Trump revealed plans to deploy an additional 700 Marines to Los Angeles to reinforce National Guard efforts. He soon followed with an announcement that the National Guard’s presence would be increased to 4,000 troops.
