Joe Biden’s knight in shining armor, who goes by the name Merrick Garland, made sure his boss’ recordings, where he was sh*tting himself, were buried in the deepest depths of the earth amid the continued investigation on Special Counsel Robert Hur’s probe on the president regarding his mishandling of classified documents.
Biden, who boasted last week that “no one is above the law,” (unless you are a Biden) continues to keep these tapes under wraps despite calls to release them to the public.
According to reports contained in these recordings was proof that Biden had committed the crime of sharing state secrets with his ghostwriter, which endangered national security.
The report also revealed that Biden ‘struggled’ to answer questions he usually knows at the back of his hand, including the year his son Beau had passed away.
Garland, who was threatened with contempt of Congress by the HOUSE GOP, maintains that he is willing to risk it all for the 81-year-old president.
Meanwhile, another senior Justice Department justified the DOJ’s move to keep the records secret, arguing that they are afraid of deepfakes and disinformation ‘trick.’
The DOJ official’s argument further revealed the inability of Biden’s federal government to put limitations on and detect any AI-manipulated content. The DOJ also continued to spread serious allegations against GOP officials and critics of the Democrats of editing the audio to “trick Americans.”
The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think-tank group, called the DOJ’s argument a “red herring.”
Mike Howell of the Heritage Foundation accused the DOJ of protecting Biden from embarrassment, which he did to himself. The transcript revealed that the president had difficulty remembering dates and confusing details of events.
“They don’t want to release this audio at all,” said Howell.
“They are doing the kitchen sink approach, and they are absolutely freaked out they don’t have any good legal argument to stand on.”
Crooked Joe asserted executive privilege last month to prevent the tapes from going public.
Senator Mark Warner (D-Virginia), chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, supported the GOP’s call to release the tapes.
“You’ve got to release the audio,” Warner said. However, the senator recommended some “watermarking procedure,” to prevent journalists and other groups from “crying foul.”
Conservative investigative journalist Paul Sperry hit Garland and said, “Attorney General Merrick Garland has classified at the highest level the audio tapes of Biden’s embarrassingly incoherent interview with Special Counsel Hur over two days, and has locked the tapes away in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, or SCIF.”
Merrick Garland is a disgusting little weasel…..I have never trusted him from day one that I saw him. Now I know my instincts were right. I’m really glad he was never made a Supreme Court Justice, he would be even worse in that position
These treasonous criminals need to be arrested and thrown in prison. We need to get the Supreme Court-ordering garland and Biden to release the tapes !!! Arrest Biden, Garland, plus the head of the FBI, plus Obama, Pelosi, Nadler, Schumer, George Soros, Dr. Faucci and many others. Thank God that Garland does not sit on the Supreme Court he is one dishonest human being !!! The two tear Justice system has to end to protect everyone in the country!!! If Biden words can’t be released to the public he is unfit to be our president!!!
