Rising gas prices affect everyone. According to AAA, the national average is $4.069, with the highest being $5.016. When looking at individual states, some are as high as $5 while others are around $3.
Care to guess which states are in the $3 range? Here is a hint, the states with higher gas prices can’t define what a woman is.
People on the left claim gas prices are up because of simple economics. The supply is not meeting the demand, and it is Russia’s fault.
The White House issued sanctions on Russian elites but didn’t stop the importation of Russian oil. The day before Russia followed through with its invasion on February 24th, Texas Representative Dan Crenshaw tweeted that the Keystone pipeline would have produced 830,00 barrels of crude oil per day.
Dan Crenshaw tweeted:
“We import 595,000 barrels of oil per day from Russia. The Keystone XL pipeline would have produced 830,000 barrels per day. Relying on Russian oil is a choice. And it’s a stupid one.”
It wasn’t until March 8th, 2022, that the Biden administration issued an executive order to ban Russian oil.
The order stated:
“The importation into the United States of Russian crude oil and certain petroleum products, liquefied natural gas, and coal. Last year, the U.S. imported nearly 700,000 barrels per day of crude oil and refined petroleum products from Russia. This step will deprive Russia of billions of dollars in revenues from U.S. drivers and consumers annually.”
Because there is a ban on Russian oil in place is reason why many on the left would blame Russia for the rising gas prices. However, when looking at the gas pricing averages for the past few years, it is clear that the prices were rising after Former Vice President Joe Biden signed the Executive order to stop the Keystone Pipeline.
The Keystone Pipelines were shut down in 2021. Gas prices were reaching over $3. The Russian invasion didn’t happen until February 24th, 2022. As shown in the graph below, since Biden took office, the prices have kept increasing.
In recent news, Hillary Clinton sent out a tweet thanking Biden:
“528,000 jobs in July and a 3.5% unemployment rate. A historic deal to reduce inflation, invest in health care, and tackle climate change with clean energy. The fastest decline in gas prices we’ve seen in a decade. Thanks, Biden.”
Now when we read “fastest decline in gas prices,” we think she is delusional. However, she also noted how Biden is tackling climate change with clean energy. It is all by design.
The one question that should be asked of these politicians is this:
“If you were trying to destroy the country, what would you do differently?”
CBS News reported:
“In the long run, the best way to protect Americans from spiking oil prices is to accelerate the shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy, Nemet and Kieve said. Unlike oil, renewable energy relies far less on fixed and limited natural resources. Energy from solar panels, wind turbines and other low-carbon technologies also tends to get cheaper the more widely it is used, they said.”
This is what the left wants. The prices are rising because they want the prices to be so high that Americans are forced to use other means. People like Hillary Clinton don’t care about the middle class because they are globalists.
Everything we see is by design. As it has been said: “You will own nothing and be happy.”
