Breaking: “Huge Victory”, Federal Judge Slams The Gavel – Blocks Air Force From Kicking Out Members Who Refuse… “Violation Of…”

A judge ruled in favor of Air Force, Space Force, and Air Force Reserve members who requested a religious exemption from the COVID-19 jab. They won’t face expulsion or any other action against them. It’s not a significant victory for those against the jab, but it is a start.

However, while this is excellent news, it is only temporary. Better news would be dropping toxic jab as mandatory altogether.

“The judge determined the service members faced a ‘violation of their constitutional freedom’ by the Air Force’s ‘clear policy of discrimination against religious accommodation requests.’

‘My clients and I are grateful for the attorneys working on this case and the efforts they have made for religious freedom in the military. While the current temporary restraining order is set to last for 14 days we anticipate that it will be extended,’ Younts said.

Air Force Master Sgt. Nick Kupper, who faces expulsion after 19 years of service because he has not been vaccinated, told Fox News host Tucker Carlson he is not alone.

‘I’m just one of hundreds of thousands of [service members] who are being kicked out because we won’t take an illegal, emergency-use vaccine,’ he said.”

Let’s stop calling the COVID vaccine a vaccine. It is not a vaccine. It is a jab. We can return to work or school when we get the flu shot. When you get the jab, you must stay home and aren’t considered vaccinated until 14 days later. Or you lose your vaccinated status because another booster shot is required.

People over 50 years old have received the smallpox vaccine. No boosters were needed. New generations don’t need to get one. That is a vaccine.

In a previous Raging Patriots report, Dr. Anthony Fauci was on Neil Cavuto’s show. It was after Fauci was positive for COVID, and he had resell why getting the jab and boosters is a good thing.

“Let me ask you about this because when people heard, oh, my gosh, this happened to Dr. Anthony Fauci, everyone knows someone who’s gotten this again, and sometimes again after that,” host Neil Cavuto said. “And they’re beginning to wonder about the regimen for treating it, whether you get two vaccination shots, whether you get a booster, another booster. They just don’t know. What do you tell them?”

“Well, that’s a great question. And thank you for giving me the opportunity to clarify it, Neil,” Fauci replied. “There’s no doubt that the vaccines themselves, particularly vaccine plus a booster at the appropriate time when you become eligible for a booster, for more than one booster — if you’re over 50 years old, you get eligibility for two boosters.

“One of the things that’s clear from the data is that, even though vaccines, because of the high degree of transmissibility of this virus, don’t protect overly well, as it were, against infection, they protect quite well against severe disease leading to hospitalization and death,” he added.

“And I believe that’s the reason, Neil, why, at my age, being vaccinated and boosted, even though it didn’t protect me against infection, I feel confident that it made a major role in protecting me from progressing to severe disease,” he added. “And that’s very likely why I had a relatively mild course.”
