Former U.S. President Donald Trump might face the maximum imprisonment sentence if he gets convicted for all charges against him.
In case, if Trump gets convicted of all the 34 accusations against him, he might get sentenced to 136 in prison, in short, life imprisonment.
In New York City, Trump could get sentenced to 134 years over a payment to an adult film star because of the way the case is being reported, on the other hand, in the same New York, numerous serious criminals are often not convicted.
It is highly unlikely that Trump will get convicted with such an unusual verdict and it is also doubtful that the attorneys will seek such a verdict like that, however, in actuality it does there are slight chances and it can be seen coming.
Earlier this week, following the leak of several parts of Trump’s arraignment, he published a post on his social media platform TruthSocial in which he asked Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to “indict himself.”
Trump wrote:
“Wow! District Attorney Bragg just illegally LEAKED the various points, and complete information, on the pathetic Indictment against me. I know the reporter and so, unfortunately, does he. This means that he MUST BE IMMEDIATELY INDICTED. Now, if he wants to really clean up his reputation, he will do the honorable thing and, as District Attorney, INDICT HIMSELF. He will go down in Judicial history, and his Trump-Hating wife will be, I am sure, very proud of him!”
He added:
“D.A. BRAGG JUST ILLEGALLY LEAKED THE 33 points of Indictment. There are no changes or surprises from those he leaked days ago directly out of the Grand Jury. No Crime by Trump. What a MESS. Bragg should resign, NOW!”
So far, there is no proof that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has leaked any information, however, if it gets proven, he definitely will have to face severe punishment.
