A whistleblower is someone who reports fraud, abuse, corruption, or dangers to public health and safety to someone who can bring an end to the activity. The person typically works inside the organization where the wrongdoing is taking place.
However, being an agency or company is required and is not essential to being a whistleblower. What matters is that the individual discloses information about wrongdoing that otherwise would not be known if they remained silent.
An employer cannot retaliate against you for exercising your rights under the Department of Labor’s whistleblower protection laws. Retaliation includes such actions as firing, laying off, demoting, denying overtime, or promotion. They also can’t reduce pay or hours or transfer the whistleblower.
Ohio Republican Representative Jim Jordan told Tucker Carlson we’ve had previous whistleblowers who came to us and said they were pressured to label cases as domestic violent extremism. This whistleblower came forward and talked to us.
According to Jordan, the FBI whistleblower told him they’re cooking the books, making the numbers seem that there are cases all over the country. They are all related to January 6th. He also spoke about a new FBI whistleblower who has come forward and how he has been suspended.
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), another House Judiciary Committee member, said the breadth of information flowing to Congress from whistleblowers painted a stunning portrait of an FBI seemingly putting its finger on the scale of justice for political reasons.
A six-year veteran of the FBI has come forward. Kyle Seraphin worked in multiple field offices in the counterterrorism division and conducted investigations of suspected domestic extremism and White supremacist plots over the past few years.
He tells the Washington Times there are three things apparent with the FBI’s investigations into white supremacy. There are not many white supremacist organizations, the FBI strategy is entrapment and the FBI can’t prioritize investigations.
The FBI denies all of the accusations Seraphin has made public. They claim his suspension is from confrontations with supervisors and his refusal to be vaccinated. However, his letter of suspension does not mention the vaccine.
Attorney General Garland issued a memo in August prohibiting communication with members of Congress. Garland also told Department of Justice employees all communications must be handled by the Office of Legislative Affairs.
Garland said these policies were designed to protect the DOJ’s “criminal and civil law enforcement decisions, and its legal judgments, from partisan or other inappropriate influences, whether real or perceived, direct or indict.”
The purpose of Garland issuing the memo of to provide the DOJ with a basis for disciplining employees who communicate with Congress. It is a clear threat to their staff reminding them the policy is to forbid you from talking to Congress. If you do, you will be punished.
It is becoming apparent, the Department of Justice is being used as an attack dog by the Biden Administration. They will investigate anyone who opposes the President and his policies. If employees bring up any problems, they will be punished.
