Several Republican Congress members have recently submitted a “friend of the court” declaration in favor of a group of US Navy SEALs who have launched a lawsuit against the Biden administration well over the service branch’s and the military’s in general for their COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
Texas Senator Ted Cruz said earlier this week in a statement that both he and his colleagues worked together to submit an amicus legal brief in the case of US Navy Seals against the Biden administration and in support of 26 members of the armed forces who have filed religious objections to Biden’s vaccination requirement. Senator Ted Cruz posted on social media, “Religious freedom is important to the liberty of every American,” with a link attached to a proclamation on his Senate official site.
Our soldiers shouldn’t have to be forced by politicians or anyone for that matter, to intake unprescribed medicine or undergo medical procedures to keep their jobs and their positions, and this should go for all American citizens. Nobody should be forced in this country to undergo medical procedures they are not willing to do so in order to keep their profession, this mandate from the Biden administration is in direct violation of Nuremburg code and is also unconstitutional according to the first amendment in our constitution.
Americans should take this as an example from our brave men and women in the armed forces and should keep fighting for their freedom and liberties and should not let themselves under any circumstance be forced, dependent, or governed by a body of people in Washington D.C. who have no interest in the American people.
