There seems to be an ever-mounting change in the cultural perception of Democrats. Just earlier today, The Raging Patriot reported that Democrats might be looking to invoke the 25th amendment against Biden. For those not up on their amendments, the 25th amendment has provisions for instances where the president has been found to be cognitively unable to enact the office of the presidency. One can certainly see the salience that is put on this amendment in the wake of the, let’s call them, mental fits of President Joe Biden. At the other end of the pendulum, former President Donald Trump has been enjoying more and more popularity among Americans. Now, Mr. Trump has yet another reason to celebrate.
It has recently been reported that:
Trump-endorsed Reps. Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs easily cruised to victory, defending their positions in Congress. However, Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, who also has the 45th president’s support, ended her campaign watch party in a waiting game due to the slow counting of the votes.
Lake announced in remarks to her supporters that, regardless of the slow onset of election night results, she is confident that she will be elected governor.
Kari Lake’s official Twitter account read “Two out of three people who have voted today have voted for @KariLake so far.”
Truly incredible. https://t.co/KhoMRsT8Lv

These premature jubilations come in the aftermath of a call of resignation for David Frisk, Pinal County Elections Director. A statement from the Republican Party of Arizona, released on election night reads “Join us in asking for the resignation of Pinal County Elections Director David Frisk,”.
“What has happened over the last few weeks is absolutely unacceptable,” the group tweeted,” The people of Pinal deserve better.”
The events in question were regarding a joint statement, RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and Republican Party of Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward revealed that their poll observer program discovered more than 60,000 discrepancies pertaining to mail-in ballots and the quantity of in-person ballots. The statement went on to read that:
“… in Pinal County, 63,000 mail-in ballots were “delivered to the wrong voters” and that “multiple Republican-heavy precinct locations” ran out of ballots.“
Lake, for her part, seems to be supremely confident that she will soon assume the role of Governor. “We are going to win” was tweeted out.
So, Republican sentiment and momentum is picking up even more. There seem to be two things at play here. The first is, predictably, the propping up and celebration of various Republicans and their policies.
The second is the repudiation of a number of repugnant Democratic policies that seem more geared toward virtue signaling than actually solving any issues. One thinks of members of “The Squad” when they came out against a bill that would have given its constituents free money because they said it didn’t do enough to combat climate change. It is true to say that the bill might well have done that, but this was free money from the Government that would have made the lives of their respective constituents much better. Isn’t the point of a representative to be the advocate of and champion for its people?
