Joe and Hunter Biden have been receiving a lot of well deserved flack lately. This seems to be ranging from the professional to the personal. For Joe Biden, one of the most recent professional hits came only yesterday when Texas Governor Greg Abbott openly defied a Biden policy concerning the border.
As for Hunter, the infamous laptop is a ghost that will simply not stop haunting him. In early July, The Raging Patriot reported that the hard drive on Hunter’s laptop contained the contact information for U.S. officials that were overseeing policy on China and at least 10 Google executives.
Now, both Bidens are in the cross hairs as it is now being reported that Republican Senator Chuck Grassley is accusing both the FBI and the Justice Department of burying evidence against Hunter Biden.
In a letter today, Grassley wrote that “The aforementioned allegations put a finer point on concerns that I have raised for many years about political considerations infecting the decision-making process at the Justice Department and FBI.
If these allegations are true and accurate, the Justice Department and FBI are – and have been – institutionally corrupted to their very core to the point in which the United States Congress and the American people will have no confidence in the equal application of the law,”
The Senator from Iowa further wrote that, “Simply put, if a politically charged investigation is to be opened, the Justice Department and FBI have an obligation to ensure that it’s done the right way.
Based on the allegations, that does not appear to have happened. Such improper conduct demands further explanation from the Justice Department and FBI,”.
In a statement that was later issued by Grassley’s office, it was stated that “Multiple FBI whistle blowers, including those in senior positions, are raising the alarm about tampering by senior FBI and Justice Department officials in politically 0sensitive investigations ranging from election and campaign finance probes across multiple election cycles to investigative activity involving derogatory information on Hunter Biden’s financial and foreign business activities.”
The whistle blowers in question have alleged that Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault disregarded agency guidelines requiring substantial factual predication to trigger investigations, while declining to move forward with other investigations despite proper predication.
It was further reported that Thibault and Richard Pilger, director of the election crimes branch within the FBI’s public integrity section, reportedly were instrumental in the opening of an investigation into the Trump campaign and its associates based in substantial part on information from left-aligned organization.
Thibault allegedly scrubbed and diluted details of the sources’ political bias from a memo seeking the full investigation, which was ultimately approved by FBI Director Chris Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
It has certainly been a cascade of calamity punctuated by melodies of mistruth for Joe Biden and his family. So, in one sense, this is sort of business as usual for them.
In another sense, there is an air of uncertainty to this particularly event. One wonders if the Bidens will be able to scurry out of this one.
It seems that the wall may finally, once and for all, be closing in on the Bidens. In what can only sensibility described as a presidency in which when they weren’t too busy committing acts of crime, they were committing acts of stupidity.
