Leo Terrell is an American civil rights attorney, talk radio host, and staunch Donald Trump supporter. He’s a frequent guest and commentator on the Fox News Channel.
Terrell joined Mark Levin on his Sunday night Fox show, “Life Liberty, & Levin” to discuss Trump’s “hush-money” case involving Stormy Daniels.
Levin, who is also a lawyer, started off the conversation. “It’s very obvious that the prosecutor there is a Soros guy who has no law, state or federal, on his side, who has all facts against him, who should have shut this down, but he’s a complete political hack,” he said.
“If a man like this brings charges against a former president of the United States, which everybody knows are bogus, shouldn’t he be fighting for his career?
“Shouldn’t he be fighting over an ethics complaint? Shouldn’t issues be raised about that man’s ability to have a law license?”
Leo Terrell, who has practiced law for 30 years, said, “This is so obvious. There should be an ethics violation charge against him right now. The New York state bar should be looking into the investigation as to the motivation.”
Terrell explains that everyone watching the show knows Bragg’s motivation…”Get President Trump!” The goal is to keep Trump off the ballot for the 2024 presidential election.
He said this is the weakest case the NY DA has “ever even attempted. Why? Because of George Soros and the DNC.”
Bragg has allowed “New York City to run rampant with crime” and he’s “downplayed every felony” but “wants to go after Donald Trump.”
Why are they going so hard after Trump? Terrell wonders. It’s perplexing, especially if they think he’s so unpopular.
The reality is that they’re afraid of a second President Trump term. They know that he’ll undo all of the far-left policies they have pushed through two-plus years into the Biden presidency.
“Donald Trump is taking the slings and arrows for you and I because if they can go after Donald Trump, they can go after you and I and every American.” Terrell continued.
“They have weaponized not only the federal judicial system, not only the department of justice, not only FBI but these Democratic George Soros–D.A.s like Alvin Bragg, who has no credibility — in fact, he’s a laughingstock.
“They have weaponized these district attorney’s offices to go soft on criminals and go after those who believe in God and country and liberty and freedom,” he said.
“It is embarrassing,” Terrell said. “Alvin Bragg is a total embarrassment to the law profession.”
There have been numerous reports of attorneys questioning the validity of the case. It’s quite obvious that Bragg is going after Trump for purely political reasons.
Terrell was once a prominent Democrat but left the party because he feels it was hijacked by Black Lives Matter and the Defund the Police movement.
He also spoke out against Joe Biden’s characterization that if you don’t vote for him, you’re not black. He found Biden’s statement to be “insulting and offensive to every African American.”
Democrats make the assumption that black people vote as one block. Those who veer from voting Democrat can’t possibly be black.
