Corrupt and conflicted Judge Juan Merchan is a disgrace to the justice system. Merchan colluded with Fat Alvin and Stupid Kathy Hochul to prosecute and criminally convict Donald Trump even though the jury didn’t know what crime he committed.
Outrageous.
In a surprising turn of events and complaints of misconduct, suddenly corrupt Judge Merchan was removed from the upcoming criminal trial of Steve Bannon because of a “scheduling conflict.”
Merchan had presided over Bannon’s case since his arraignment in September 2022.
“The Honorable Juan M. Merchan, Acting Supreme Court Justice, who is assigned to this matter, is engaged to preside over a six-defendant trial that is scheduled on September 16, and expected to last at least three months,” Judge Ellen Biben wrote in an email.

But what is intriguing is Biben’s continuing remark that Merchan’s reassignment will “best serve the needs of the Court.”
According to Biben, Judge April Newbauer will replace Merchan. She will also “follow up with the parties to schedule a status conference and for any further communication.”
Newbauer made news earlier after setting bail of $5,000 on a man who was found guilty of assaulting a woman and attempted robbery. The criminal, who was released on bail, was later rearrested after killing the woman, her friend, and her dog.
Bannon, Trump’s former adviser, pleaded not guilty to charges against him, including money laundering, conspiracy, and fraud related to the “We Build the Wall” campaign. Aside from these, he was also scheduled to serve four months in Connecticut prison for a 2022 contempt of Congress ruling.
As a staunch ally of the former president, the Biden regime included Bannon in their hitlist of political persecution.
On Friday, he appealed to the Supreme Court to delay his sentence.
When his bail was revoked early this month, Trump’s top strategist quipped, “There’s not a prison built or a jail built that will ever shut me up… We’re gonna win this. We’re gonna win at the Supreme Court, and more importantly, we’re gonna win on November 5th.”
Bannon has a scheduled appearance before Newbauer on the 23rd of July.
Furthermore, the decision on Bannon for a misdemeanor that he never committed raised questions about the double standard of the justice system.
Some blasted why Hunter Biden, Anthony Fauci, and Merrick Garland, who all have lied under oath and defied a congressional subpoena, remain unscathed.
