Election integrity wins in Pennsylvania!
It was an essential win for election integrity as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled on Friday that mail-in ballots with incorrect or missing dates on the outer envelopes in future elections are considered void. The state supreme court’s ruling is a historic decision that restores the American people’s trust in the electoral process in Pennsylvania.
Republicans commended the ruling as a victory for transparency and fairness, which reverses a lower court’s earlier decision that declared the mandate unenforceable. The lower court consciously lied by excluding the 67 counties in its ruling and instead focused on Philadelphia and Allegheny counties, which are Democraps bulwarks.
The State Supreme Court’s decision supersedes the initial ruling and commands that every mail-in ballot must follow the law: mail-in ballots should be properly labeled, including the date and signature, or it will be voided.
“The Commonwealth Court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to review the matter given the failure to name the county boards of elections of all 67 counties,” the court wrote.
This decision was a massive blow to the fraudulent liberal craps.
Pennsylvania is considered a battleground state with 19 electoral votes and has encountered a series of legal contentions between both parties over the previous elections.
In 2020, members of the GOP heavily scrutinized mail-in ballots after thousands arrived only after Election Day.
For many, this ruling will help prevent a similar situation from happening — where President Trump was leading against crooked Joe on election night. However, the results were overturned after the mail-in ballots arrived.
For the GOP, the State Supreme Court’s decision is not just about this coming presidential election but also about ensuring the integrity of the vote.
“This is a huge win to protect the vote in Pennsylvania that will protect commonsense mail ballot safeguards and help voters cast their ballots with confidence,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley exclaimed.
“This makes mail voting in the Keystone State less susceptible to fraud. We will keep fighting and winning!”
The ruling on mail-in ballots was also a major slap to the Democrats who relied on this method to rig the elections. According to reports, about 75 percent of mail-in ballots were from corrupt liberals.
As expected, the Democrat cheaters opposed the ruling and pledged to appeal the case.
