Is anyone else tired of being told what to do by the trans crowd?
How many people are transitioning that warrant a whole set of guidelines?
A leak exposed the CVS Pharmacy’s Gender Transition Guidelines which state in part that men can use women’s restrooms and if you don’t like it, you best not open your mouth.
Fox Business obtained the leaked document which outlines that CVS employees may be entitled to a medical leave of absence if they are transitioning.
This comes under “the Family and Medical Leave Act, state law, and/or CVS Health policy.”
The guidelines ask transitioning employees to speak to their supervisor about their plan so that the company “can provide support and to make your transition as smooth as possible.”
“You may also wish to have appropriate medical care to support your transition, including treatments such as hormone replacement therapy and/or gender confirmation surgery,” the guide states.
“During and after the transition has occurred, CVS Health encourages you to continue to partner with your Leader and your Advice & Counsel representative, and to immediately report any issues that you might have with your employment, your work environment, and/or your Leader, co-workers, clients, and customers,” it continues.
The document also contains guidelines for how to support a transitioning coworker.
This is the part where you better pay attention. If you aren’t supportive or say the wrong thing, your job may be on the line.
CVS wants their employees to ask their trans colleagues if they “say or do anything that makes them uncomfortable.”
The guide also “urges” employees not to make assumptions about someone’s gender.
According to Fox Business:
It says employees should become an ally to make a positive impact on a co-worker’s life, become an inclusive leader, champion and celebrate all aspects of diversity, and show compliance with the CVS Health Equal Employment, Affirmative Action, AntiDiscrimination, Anti-Harassment, and Anti-Retaliation Policy.
The guide also states that the company “won’t tolerate even subtle forms of discrimination or harassment in the workplace.”
It’ll be like walking on eggshells. How do you know what someone is going to call discrimination or harassment?
“People use different terms to refer to themselves, but some terms are universally considered disrespectful and violate CVS’s policy against discrimination and harassment,” the guide states.
“Terms like transgender, trans-male/trans-female, non-binary or ‘male’ or ‘female’ should be used.”
“Any colleague, customer, or patient—transgender or otherwise–may choose to use the restroom and/or locker room that is appropriate to the gender they identify with,” the guide reads.
Employees are allowed to dress in attire that matches their gender identity.
The guidelines list definitions for terms like “transgender,” “cisgender,” “gender dysphoria,” “non-binary,” “gender non-conforming,” “gender identity” and “ally” in case employees need clarification.
The guide states that “transgender people” is acceptable to use but “transgenders” and “transgendered” is considered derogatory.
But remember, the rules change daily. What’s considered acceptable today, might be violence tomorrow.
Fox Business reached out to CVS Health for a comment but did not receive a reply.

I’ll just say I don’t use CVS.
Bud-Light, Target, Kohl’s. Now CVS.
Funny thing is Demmunist’s claim they’re “Saving Democracy”,
when in actuality they’re Destroying our Republic!
