Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis finally admits she and special counsel Nathan Wade are having a sexual relationship.

Willis, after being pressed to respond to accusations of misconduct, finally confessed her illicit relationship with Special Counsel Nathan Wade. Her filing also came after evidence emerged that she and Wade spent public funds to pay for their luxury vacations in Napa Valley and a Caribbean cruise.

In 2021, the Fulton County DA acquired her lover’s service to handle her Georgia RICO case to pursue President Donald Trump and 18 associates for allegedly meddling with the 2020 election.

This information was first known through a motion filed by Trump’s co-defendant and former campaign aide, Michael Roman, who claims that Willis misused public funds.

In his motion, Roman demands that his charges be dismissed and that Willis and her entire prosecution team be disqualified from the case.

It took Willis a month to address the accusations, which she filed in a 176-page response to Roman’s motion.

Willis justified her improper affair in the court filing, by saying, “Any personal relationship among members of the prosecution team does not amount to a disqualifying conflict of interest or otherwise harm a criminal defendant.”

Furthermore, she claims that “Defendants have done nothing to establish an actual conflict of interest, nor have they shown that, in the handling of the case, District Attorney Willis or Special Prosecutor Wade have acted out of any personal or financial motivation.”

Additionally, in the court filing, the district attorney denied she benefitted from their illicit romance.

According to records, Fulton County DA paid her lover-turned-prosecutor nearly $654,000 of legal fees since hiring him in January 2022.

But Nathan Wade’s Capitol One finance statement reveals otherwise. Records show he bought her paramour flowers, booked flights, and took luxury vacations together.

In her motion, Willis also argued that the defendant’s motion failed to establish a conflict of interest.

“Defendants have done nothing to establish an actual conflict of interest, nor have they shown that, in the handling of the case, District Attorney Willis or Special Prosecutor Wade have acted out of any personal or financial motivation,” the filing said.

Nathan Wade, on the other hand, admitted that he and the district attorney had a sexual relationship, and like Fani, he claims that their relationship only began when he was hired as a prosecutor.

And despite paying for some of Fani Willis’ travel expenses, “they often split the cost,” Wade argued.

Former President Donald Trump outraged by Willis’ hypocrisy took to Truth Social and said, ““Fani Willis, the D.A. of Fulton County, just admitted to having a sexual relationship with the Prosecutor she, in consultation with the White House and DOJ, appointed to “GET PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP.” By going after the most high level person, and the Republican Nominee, she was able to get her “lover” much more money, almost a Million Dollars, than she would be able to get for the prosecution of any other person or individual. THAT MEANS THAT THIS SCAM IS TOTALLY DISCREDITED & OVER!”
