Disney CEO Bob Iger threatened to ad ban Tesla CEO and X owner, Elon Musk in his latest statement at the New York Times Deal Book conference last November.

As if he did not have enough stuff to deal with on his plate, Iger decides to bully the world’s richest man with an advertisement pull-out.

Elon’s response? “Go f— yourselves.”

“If somebody’s going to try to blackmail me with advertising, blackmail me with money? Go f— yourself. Go. F—. Yourself. Is that clear? I hope it is.”

Musk also directly addressed Iger and said, “Hey Bob, if you’re in the audience… that’s how I feel.”

A few hours before Musk appeared at the conference, Iger told New York Times Andrew Ross Sorkin that “we just felt that the association with that position and Elon Musk and X was not necessarily a positive one for us. And we decided we would pull our advertising.”

Despite taking down its ads, Disney still uses X as a platform to communicate with its audience.

Iger’s defiant stance and choice of battles resulted in renewed boycott calls. Various X users criticized Disney’s “woke” themes in their shows.

Jordan Belfort, the Wolf of Wall Street, said “I cancelled my Disney subscription this morning for two reasons: first, in support of @elonmusk and X; and second, because I’ve had enough of its woke programming, which has destroyed my favorite franchise, Marvel, which used to be the absolute best. #CancelDisney”

“Instead of making good content, Disney is focusing on making sure at least 50% of all characters are LGBTQIA or non-White,” the account End Wokeness said on X.

Some expressed they canceled their subscriptions on Disney+ and Hulu to protest its slander against X and Elon Musk.

Kobeissi Letter showed that 68.5% of their 90,000 respondents in a poll they conducted signified that they will delete their accounts on Disney+.

The survey was conducted after the entertainment giant expressed they lost 11.7 million Disney+ subscribers.

Disney’s stock also fell over 0.6% at the market open on December 1.

Meanwhile, Musk added a loaded remark last December 2 against Walt Disney.

In response to Scott Adams’ tweet, the X owner said, “Disney has a major content problem. Almost their entire upcoming slate is unwatchable.

They are the world’s biggest example of go woke, go broke lol.”

The social media platform might lose $75 million by the end of the year because of the massive ad dropouts.

Still, Musk remained unfazed and responded to Sorkin’s probe, “The whole world will know that those advertisers killed the company.” Furthermore, he added, “…we will document it in great detail.”

For him, the public will judge these companies doing the boycott.
