Court records now reveal that Futon County District Attorney Fani Willis and her lover turned special prosecutor, Attorney Nathan Wade, had a two eight-hour consultation with the Biden administration, a few months before Trump’s indictment.
According to an invoice sent by Wade to Willis’ office, the prosecutor demands $2,000 in payments for separate occasions.

The first invoice was marked “Travel to Athens: Conference with White House Counsel” dated May 23, 2022. On November 18, 2022, Wade had another meeting “with DC/White House,” for which he billed $2,000. During this period, Trump had announced his intent to join the 2024 presidential race.
Even though Wade has little, to no experience as a prosecutor, Willis claimed he was a “trusted friend and mentor” and is willing to take the job. And she paid a generous amount for this, Futon County paid her mentor a total of $653,881, according to county records.
This information was included in one of the exhibits attached to Michael Roman’s motion to disqualify Willis and Wade due to a conflict of interest. Roman was Donald Trump’s former campaign official and co-defendant in Willis’ Georgia election interference case. Roman also emphasized that the district attorney “never had legal authority to appoint the special prosecutor.”
Along with this, Roman’s appeal also reveals the romantic relationship between Willis and Wade, he said “[Willis and Wade] have been engaged in an improper, clandestine personal relationship during the pendency of this case…”
In a court filing obtained by The New York Times, a court in Cobbs County summoned Willis to give her testimony on the ongoing divorce proceeding against Mr. Wade’s wife, Joycelyn Wade. A process server confirms that Willis’ assistant has received the document in her Atlanta office.
The 127-page filing also revealed that the couple traveled on vacation destinations such as Napa Valley, California, Florida, and the Caribbean and co-habited using taxpayers’ money.
Trump echoed Romans’ call to drop all the charges against me and emphasized his legal woes were all witch hunts committed by Democrats to deter his presidential bid.
“ALL CHARGES AGAINST ME, AND OTHERS, SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY DROPPED, WITH APOLOGIES, AND MONETARY DAMAGES FOR THE ILLEGAL AND HIGHLY POLITICAL PERSECUTION OF INNOCENT PEOPLE.”
He added, “Has everybody seen the revelation, just announced in the Great State of Georgia, that the Fulton County D.A., Fani Willis, who Criminally Indicted your Favorite President, ME(!), & many other Innocent People/Patriots, HIRED & EXORBITANTLY PAID a ‘romantic partner’ to prosecute the 45th President of the United States of America, & then ‘financially benefited from their relationship.’
Many social media users also questioned Wade’s “consultation” with the White House.
An X user, @KanekoaTheGreat, shared screenshots of Wade’s invoices and Newt Gingrich’s interview with Charlie Kirk, revealing that DC reps demanded Willis indict Trump on August 14, 2023, to divert attention away from the Weiss “screw up.”
Charlie Kirk said, “The Biden White House has always denied that it is coordinating and guiding the nationwide Get Trump witch hunt. That’s a lie, and that lie should be investigated.”
“This is a national disgrace,” wrote Marco Polo.
“@FaniforDA should be disbarred for hiring her philandering pillow talkmate.”

Disbar Fani Willis and drop all charges against Trump.
