Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has lambasted Supreme Court Justices John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh for maintaining the Biden administration’s vaccine requirement for federally sponsored medical institutions.
DeSantis commented, “Honestly, Roberts and Kavanaugh lacked spine on the judgment.” That is the bottom line. According to Pushaw, the remark was in response to the Supreme Court’s refusal to invalidate the scientifically illiterate Biden CMS vaccine rule for healthcare staff. It wasn’t the governor of Florida’s first outburst. Pushaw recently highlighted Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s talk on Covid vaccination laws.
Prior to Biden, he claimed, the most incidences in a day were 265,000. It’s now around 900,000 people. Clearly, the vaccination did not save anyone from becoming sick. That is as clear as day. So, what’s the reason for forcing someone else to do something? On Thursday, Tampa Bay Times columnist Kirby Wilson was taken aback to find that Pushaw had dismissed the Supreme Court’s verdict in the case.
She stated, “The state of Florida will not serve as the Biden administration’s biological police.” On the surface, terminating unvaccinated healthcare workers, many of whom have infection-conferred immunity, appears to be unjust and unscientific. This legislation also has a direct impact on patients, she says, because hospitals in California and other jurisdictions are increasingly requiring vaccinated, Covid-positive healthcare employees to manage patients due to staffing shortages exacerbated by vaccine regulations. How can that possibly keep anyone safe? She paused. Pushaw was particularly amused by a caricature of Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, who, along with Justice Brett Kavanaugh, voted with the court’s extreme wing, delivering Biden an undeserved victory.

RON DESANTIS IS ONE OF THE BEST GOVERNOR’S THIS COUNTRY HAS SEEN IN A LONG TIME,BUT AS FAR AS RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO REMAIN GOVERNOR OF FLORIDA IF NOT FOR THE STRATEGIC REASONS ALONE IN THE PURSUIT OF DEFEATING THE COMMUNIST ELEMENT WE ARE WITNESSING IN GOVERNMENT…ESPECIALLY ON THE DEMOCRATIC SIDE OF THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM.FOR NOW I WOULD THINK RON DESANTIS IS WELL PLACED AND POSITIONED.
