Corrupt Democrats are deep-down evil as they make sure to create loopholes to allow illegal immigrants to subvert immigration requirements and rig general elections while feeding on taxpayers’ money.
Last week, August 19, the Biden-Harris regime announced a new program for an estimated 500,000 spouses of US citizens without requiring them to return to their home country to process immigration requirements.
This announcement was quickly opposed by GOP lawmakers vowing to end such utter betrayal of the country’s sovereignty.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton declared on X last Friday, “I am suing the Biden Administration for their unlawful ‘parole in place’ policy that incentivizes and rewards illegal immigration.”
Tesla CEO Elon Musk doubled down on Paxton’s lawsuit and asserted, “As I’ve said before, the Dems are importing voters.”
The Biden-Harris administration allowed spouses without legal status to acquire “parole in place” which permits them to remain in the US while applying for a green card and later on, citizenship.
The program dubbed “Keeping Families Together” banks on the usual line of undocumented migrants’ appeal on emotions without upholding the policies in place.
At least 16 states supported Texas AG’s legal motion. The group asserted that the rule violates the law on parole, which is limited to a “case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.”
“Claiming that it has ‘unfettered discretion,’ Implementation of Keeping Families Together…DHS has announced the creation of a program that effectively provides a new pathway to a green card and eventual citizenship; announcing that it would allow more than 1.3 million aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States—more than 200,000 of whom live in Texas—to circumvent the processes established by Congress to apply for permanent residency,” the states argue.
“Under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the federal government is actively working to turn the United States into a nation without borders and a country without laws. I will not let this happen,” Paxton remarked.
Biden’s new parole workaround unilaterally grants the opportunity for citizenship to unvetted aliens whose first act on American soil was to break our laws. This violates the Constitution and actively worsens the illegal immigration disaster that is hurting Texas and our country while the Administration denies any responsibility for the border crisis.”
Aside from Texas, Alabama, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wyoming support the lawsuit.
For the America First Legal, the program recently signed by the White House is “brazenly unlawful.”
“Since our founding over three years ago, America First Legal has led the courtroom fight against the open borders agenda of Biden and Harris. We have sued time and again to fight their catastrophic policies. Today, we are proud to represent a coalition of 16 states in filing a lawsuit to block an unconstitutional Biden-Harris amnesty program,” Stephen Miller, president of America First Legal, quipped.
