Sean Hannity has reached his limit with Pennsylvania Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman.
On his radio show Tuesday, Hannity called out Fetterman for “lying” about him and “raising money off of my name.”
Hannity was referring to a fundraising text that Fetterman’s campaign had sent out, which accused Hannity of “spreading lies” about the candidate.
“As of now, the Fetterman campaign is refusing to debate Doctor Oz, also refusing my invitation to appear on the program — as he and his campaign have been lying about me, raising money off of my name,” Hannity said.
He then issued a warning to Fetterman: “He may be hearing from my lawyers very shortly.”
Hannity has been critical of Fetterman in recent days, accusing him of dodging calls to debate his opponent, Dr. Oz. Hannity believes Fetterman is seeking to make criticisms without wanting to face his opponent head-on, a practice that many Democrats around the country have taken in recent years in denying debates.
“I’m warning you right now, John Fetterman, you may be hearing from my lawyers very shortly,” Hannity said. “You have now crossed a line.”
Hannity was responding to a text Fetterman sent on Monday, in which he asked for donations to help him “beat Dr. Oz in November.”
“Dr. Oz is a charlatan who is more interested in ratings than he is in helping people,” Fetterman wrote. “We need your help to make sure he never gets to the Senate.”

Hannity slammed Fetterman for going after Oz, calling him “one of the most respected doctors in America.”
“I have had it with your lies, your smears, and your sleazy attacks,” Hannity said. “John Fetterman, you are a disgrace.”
Hannity went on to say that Fetterman is “willing to say and do anything” to win his Senate race, and warned him to “stop attacking good people.”
“I’m giving you one last warning,” Hannity said. “You come after me, you come after Dr. Oz, you come after any of us again, we’re gonna sue your ass off.”
“Anyway, Fetterman then proceeded to complain about my interview with his Republican opponent, Dr. Mehmet Oz and accused us of spreading B.S. lies.”
“We don’t lie on the show.” He then asked his supporters, Please chip in at least 25 bucks, 50 bucks, 100 bucks, because, quote, we got to counter Sean Hannity with as much grassroots support as possible.
“Now this Bernie-loving, spoiled trust fund, baby brat who is all upset and needs your money desperately because I told the truth about his positions.”
“On legalizing drugs and fracking and believing in sanctuary cities and states and getting violent criminals out of jail, our abortion up until the moment of birth, no restrictions at all whatsoever.”
“So instead of accusing me of lying, which we didn’t do, John needs to quit his whining, stop his crying, man up, put on his hoodie, defend his radical opinions. And, John, show me where you think I lied.”
Fetterman is in a close race with Dr. Oz for the Pennsylvania Senate seat. The election will take place on November 8.
