Hillary Clinton Speaks Out, Biden’s Age a ‘Legitimate Issue’

[UPDATE] Twice defeated presidential aspirant Hillary Clinton has something to say about Biden’s age when interviewed by MSNBC’s Alex Wagner.

Clinton, when asked for her reaction to the report published by Special Counsel Robert Hur, admitted that Biden’s old age and cognitive decline is an “issue.”

Igniting more fire on the controversy, the former secretary of the state even insinuated that the people in the White House discuss these matters all the time and talk about this behind the scenes.

“I talked to people in the White House all the time, and you know, they know it’s an issue, but as I like to say, look, it’s a legitimate issue,” says Clinton.

Furthermore, a recent NBC poll revealed that many voters are seriously concerned about Biden’s health and age. At least 76 percent of respondents expressed that they are extremely or moderately worried about the president’s mental and physical acuity.

Meanwhile, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe finds Hur’s report reminiscent of Clinton’s email scandal in 2016. Hur let the 81-year-old president off the hook for mishandling classified documents when he was then Barack Obama’s vice president. Similarly, former FBI director James Comey who investigated Clinton’s emails concluded that Clinton was merely “extremely careless” but declined to file charges against the former secretary of state.

According to McCabe, “It really felt like it was another instance of a very high-profile investigator who was coming out with a conclusion that he likely knew would not be accepted or embraced by many people.”

“That’s what it felt like to me. I have a lot of concerns with the way that he talked about the evidence in the report.”

A report on Biden’s stolen classified documents was released on Thursday. In a 345-page document, Special Counsel Robert Hur declared that he would not indict Biden.

However, his report revealed harrowing information on Biden’s state of mental health that is more concerning amid the election season.

According to Hur, his investigation proves that Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after serving as Vice President of the United States, but failed to establish guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Hur confirms that the President stole designated classified documents and kept them at the Penn Biden Center, his Delaware garage, his Virginia home, and his lawyer’s Boston office.

“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen. These materials included (1) marked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and (2) notebooks containing Mr. Biden’s handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods. FBI agents recovered these materials from the garage, offices, and basement den in Mr. Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home,” according to Hur’s report.

The FBI also found notebooks containing classified information about his intelligence briefings, which were stored inside Biden’s Delaware home.

The special counsel’s assessment of Biden’s declining mental health and “significantly limited” memory gravely affected his decision not to push any prosecution against the elderly man.

The Justice Department further claimed that Biden is a “sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur further cited instances that Biden’s memory is fading during his interviews with investigators and conversations with his ghostwriter, Mark Zwonitzer.

“Mr. Biden’s recorded conversations with Zwonitzer from 2017 are often painfully slow, with Mr. Biden struggling to remember events and straining at times to read and relay his own notebook entries,” wrote Hur in his report.

In 2023, Hur noted that Biden’s memory loss worsened.

“He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013—when did I stop being Vice President?’), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?’).”

The report also revealed that Biden could not recall when his son Beau died or details of the Afghanistan debate, which has been a significant milestone in his career.

Beau, Biden’s eldest son, died of cancer in 2015, but in his recent speeches, the President frequently misspoke circumstances of his son’s death.

He often claims that Beau died in Iraq.

Some X users went on to conclude the long-standing speculation about his mental illness.

Gary Ruot, a staffer for the Raging Patriot, wrote on X: “Biden has dementia.”

In an earlier post, Ruot also questioned Hur’s decision not to charge Biden.

Meanwhile, the RNC Research contrasted the report with Jill Biden’s statement last month about her husband’s “vigor.”

While Clay Travis blasted Biden and said, “He has no idea what’s going on.”

Despite this damning revelation, this also reflects the double standard of America’s justice system.

Former President Donald Trump was charged with a similar case led by Special Counsel Jack Smith. However, unlike Biden, whom the federal state treated with leniency, the former President faced prosecution and witch hunt trials.

Smith indicted Trump of 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information and six other process crimes.

Biden’s DOJ even published fake photos of “classified” documents allegedly found at Trump’s home on August 22.
