It’s payback time for corrupt Democrats who tolerated crooked Joe’s abuse of power.
On Thursday, the House Judiciary Committee approved advancing a resolution that will hold President Joe Biden’s ghostwriter in contempt of Congress for its refusal to give the lawmakers a copy of the transcripts and recordings of his discussions with creepy Joe.
Mark Zwonitzer could be imprisoned if the House of Representatives green lights contempt charges of the judiciary committee against him. Federal investigators also found that classified material was disclosed to him by Biden.

If the House passes the resolution, Zwonitzer’s case will be referred to the Department of Justice for prosecution.
Zwonitzer received a subpoena from the Judiciary Committee for the transcripts, audio, and video recordings from his work on Biden’s memoirs.
Upon Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation, he found that Biden disclosed classified information to the author, stating that the president read “nearly verbatim” from notebooks with sensitive national security and foreign policy material.
“Zwonitzer continues to withhold all documents and materials in his possession that are responsive to the subpoena from the Committee,” the resolution states.
“The materials requested from Zwonitzer are crucial for the Committee’s understanding of the manner and extent of President Biden’s mishandling and unlawful disclosure of classified materials, as well as Zwonitzer’s use, storage, and deletion of classified materials on his computer.”
Meanwhile, Hur’s investigation ended with no charges against Biden because of his failing memory, while he considered charging the author with obstruction of justice for destroying the recordings of interviews he conducted with Biden.
However, the special counsel also offered “plausible, innocent reasons” for destroying these recordings while cooperating with investigators this meant that evidence against him was “insufficient to obtain a conviction.”
“We need the audio recordings and the transcripts. Put simply, they are the best evidence of the president’s mental state,” said House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio).
Earlier, Jordan released a report recommending to hold Zwonitzer in contempt of Congress by the House of Representatives.
He wrote, “In the weeks following the February 5, 2024, release of Special Counsel Robert K. Hur’s report, the Committee on the Judiciary (the ‘Committee’), engaged with Mark Zwonitzer to obtain a limited set of documents and records related to Special Counsel Hur’s report.”
““Zwonitzer served as the ghostwriter for President Joe Biden’s memoirs and Special Counsel Hur’s report revealed that Zwonitzer possessed records that would inform potential legislative reforms.”
“After Zwonitzer declined to provide the relevant documents and records, the Committee issued a subpoena on March 22, 2024, to Zwonitzer compelling the production of six specific categories of documents and records, including audio recordings and transcripts of his interviews with President Joe Biden relating to his ghostwriting work on the President’s memoirs, Promise Me, Dad and Promises to Keep,” the committee wrote in the report.
