HUGE CONSERVATIVE WIN: Larry Elder WINS court battle, will OFFICIALLY be placed on California recall ballot

Larry Elder, a conservative radio host, is officially in the race to replace California Governor Gavin Newsom.

State county officials attempted to block Elder’s entry by suggesting he did not meet the recall election requirements, however, a Sacramento judge disagreed with their ruling. A new election requirement requires gubernatorial candidates to publicly release tax returns from the last five years. The legislation was initially created by Democrat lawmakers to impact Donald Trump’s re-election campaign until a court opposed the presidential requirement. According to election officials, Elder did not submit the required records and therefore was not added to a preliminary list of candidates.

Elder maintained that all requested documents were provided, and defined the accusations as ‘shenanigans.’ Superior Court Judge Laurie M. Earl ruled that the requirement also does not apply to recall candidates, and if it did, Elder was complacent.

California will hold a special recall election on September 14th, 2021, and mail-in ballots will be sent state-wide in mid-August. Elder’s Republican competition includes state lawmaker Kevin Kiley, former Olympic athlete Caitlyn Jenner, and former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer.
