California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom had a legal defeat in the federal courts over his vaccine mandate policy for prison workers.
According to an AP report, “A panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted a request for a stay of September’s lower court order pending an appeal. It also sped up the hearing process by setting a Dec. 13 deadline for opening briefs.”
“The vaccination mandate was supposed to have taken effect by Jan. 12,” the report adds, “but the appellate court stay blocks enforcement until sometime in March, when the appeal hearing will be scheduled.”
“The judge who issued the vaccination mandate followed the recommendation of a court-appointed receiver who was chosen to manage the state prison health care system after a federal judge in 2005 found that California failed to provide adequate medical care to prisoners,” the report added.
The state of California has many government and private citizens upset. Earlier this month, thousands of protesters gathered outside the Los Angles city hall on Monday to protest against the city and state vaccine mandate orders.

According to a LA Times Report, many law enforcement officials are threatening to quit in response to the mandates that the Democrat leadership is trying to enforce in the west coast state.

Personally, I think we are headed for a revolution by the people in this country that are completely fed up with what this administration is causing. From the so called viruses that we are all supposed to be protected against by continual injections, the waste of taxpayers monies, the inflation rate that is affecting everything and everyone, to the embarassing people that were “voted” into offices that are not looking out for “we the people”. Time for major changes of we will end up in a full fledged war in our own country.
