Jordan Peterson is the latest target of the left to be canceled. Jordan Peterson has been in the cross hairs before, so this isn’t new. The left has been waiting for a chance to hit him where it hurts:
His Twitter account.
Jordan Peterson said in a tweet:
“Remember when Pride was a sin? And Ellen Page just had her breasts removed by a criminal physician.”

Noticed how he said, “Ellen Page?” This is called dead naming in our near dystopian world. The correct name is Elliot Page, and Peterson should have used the correct pronouns such as “he, they,” or if he is feeling zany, “ze.” Put all these corrections together, and you form a sentence like this one:
“And Elliot Page just had his breasts removed.”
If you are thinking, “Men don’t have breasts.” Well then, Twitter has a message for you:
“Violating our rules against hateful conduct. You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability or serious disease. By clicking Delete, you acknowledge that your Tweet violated the Twitter Rules.
If you think we’ve made a mistake, submit an appeal to us. Please note that should you do so, your account will remain locked while we review your appeal.”
This was Twitter’s response to Jordon Petterson’s unethical tweet. To spineless Jellyfish, the solution is simple; take the tweet down. However, Jordan Peterson has recently written his response and dissected Twitter’s response so perfectly as to why he won’t kowtow to the Newspeak overlords of Twitter on The Daily Wire.
“The suspension will not be lifted unless I delete the “hateful” tweet in question, and I would rather die than do that.”
Some people may think this is a strange hill to die on, but in reality, it never should have gotten this far. If you are old enough to remember the late 80s and 90s, then you remember the phrase “Politically correct.” Some of you may even remember a friend or family member that Political correctness is a form of censorship and a way to control people’s behavior. They have warned to deaf ears that Political correctness was only a gateway to what will get worse, and they were right.
Notice how the words “politically correct” aren’t used as much? That’s because it’s called; “hate speech, bigotry, racist, sexist” or any other name in the leftist debate handbook.
“By clicking Delete, you acknowledge that your Tweet violated the Twitter Rules.”
This sentence from Twitter’s response to Jordan Peterson’s tweet should send shivers up your spine. Allow me to remind you of the classic book 1984 by George Orwell.
Remember when the main character Winston was tortured? Remember when O’Brien, the man who oversaw Winston’s torture? Rember how O’Brien wanted Winston to say he was holding up five fingers? Remember that O’Brien was holding up four fingers and not five? Remember how Winston wouldn’t be freed of his torture until he agreed to whatever O’Brien wanted him to say or believe?
“Freedom is the freedom to say that two plus two makes four.” George Orwell wrote. It is the freedom to say that men don’t get pregnant, no matter how much Twitter wants to torture us until we agree with their nonsense.

Good for him. I too was charged with “hateful speech” after just 2 weeks on Twitter. I asked them to tell me what was hateful in my comment saying that my dog tried to bite me but just when he wasn’t feeling good (in response to someone asking if their dog had ever tried to bite them). Twitter told me to file an appeal. Thinking that would get an answer to my question, I did so and after several days, I received a message saying that several people had reviewed my comment and all of them agreed it was “hateful.” I too was told that I could redeem myself by deleting my comment. I refused to do so because I figured if I did get reinstated, it wouldn’t be long before they said I had done something wrong again–something only they knew and I was to guess. I think Musk is going to find out that cleaning up Twitter is harder than he thinks.
