Idaho bar owner is setting a trend as he marked June as “Heterosexual Awareness Month” instead of ‘celebrating’ Pride, a month dedicated to celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.
Amid the destruction of principles of freedom, it is good that the owner of this bar seems to have his senses in tact. According to The Raging Patriot’s co-founder, Nicholas Pagnotta, “We live in a time where everything has gone and everything has turned to shit. We were founded on the principles of freedom, and the woke LGBTQIA+ movement has hijacked that idea, turned it upside down, and is trying to force everyone to live by their endless pronouns safe space b******t!”
“That being said in a time when every major corporation and institution has gone woke, it’s great to see a small business say F–K YOU to the left like this guy did!”

The Old State Saloon in Eagle, Idaho, was put into the spotlight after it posted on social media that it would give discounts, free beer, and even hold a “straight male clothing” contest.
The owner wrote on Facebook, “Come join us all month to celebrate heterosexuals, for without them, none of us would be here!”
“Each Monday will be Hetero Male Monday and any heterosexual male dressed like a heterosexual male will receive a free draft beer. Each Wednesday is Heterosexual Couples Day and each heterosexual couple will receive 15% off their bill.”
In addition to this, every Thursday will be all-day happy hour prices for heterosexual women.
However, not everyone liked the promotional campaign, the woke LGBT members bombarded their Facebook announcement with negative comments.
In an update to their post, the Old State Saloon added, “It seems as though people who are against Heterosexual Awesomeness Month have a hard time commenting without using horrific words, expletives, using the name of the Lord in vain, etc. Make an intelligent comment and stay. Cuss and you are banned. Thanks. We’ve banned about 25 already.”
The establishment seems unfazed by all the detractors and updated their post with “seeking a perfect judge for Mondays in June to determine if men’s chosen clothing is officially heterosexual.”
The advertised pay was set at “$15/hr plus free beer” for anyone able to “determine straight threads.”
One bar spokesperson said that they have received ‘significant backlash’ after announcing “Hetero Awesomeness Month’ which led the owners to call for donations amid the attacks they received.
“Since we announced Hetero Awesomeness Month we’ve had some significant backlash: theft of our property, vendors refusing to fulfill our orders for ingredients, wedding catering cancelation [sic], libel, slander – even the owner being falsely accused of being a sex offender,” a fundraising campaign said.
“But, to the credit of the community that is rational and reasonable, we’ve also received so much support from like-minded people who want to celebrate “Heterosexual Awesomeness Month” with us, and get the concept of it as being about freedom and being true to our personal values.”
Despite these, the bar maintained its stance and reiterated, “We hear lots of people are upset about Heterosexual Awesomeness Month! Please know: 1) We love our LGBTQ+ patrons! 2) We will not be changing our mind and give into the group of those who are responding with vitriol. 3) ALL are welcome to come celebrate heterosexuality with us in June!”
