A report on Puck shared that Ivanka Trump, who initially refused to be a part of Donald Trump’s campaign for reelection, is now “warming” to the idea of working in the White House if her father wins the election this November.
According to a source close to Ivanka, the former president’s daughter, “[She] is warming to the idea of trying to be helpful” again and is “privately not ruling out having some sort of role. She’s not like ‘Hell no’ anymore.”
However, she was advised to hold off any decision until the Republican convention in the middle of July.
Despite this, it is still unclear what role she would play in the campaign or in the White House.
Ivanka served as an adviser during Trump’s term.
The former president’s daughter and her husband, Jared Kushner, remarked, through a spokesperson, that “as they’ve both repeatedly stated, Ivanka and Jared continue to focus on their family and their lives in the private sector and do not intend to go back to politics.”
Earlier, Ivanka missed Trump’s presidential campaign declaration and told reporters that she was focused on taking care of the children and staying away from politics.
“I love my father very much; this time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family; I do not plan to be involved in politics,” Ivanka Trump reportedly said in a statement.
“While I will always love and support my father, going forward, I will do so outside the political arena,” the statement continued. “I am grateful to have had the honor of serving the American people, and I will always be proud of many of our administration’s accomplishments.”
Meanwhile, the media reports that the presumptive Republican nominee attempted to pursue Ivanka and Jared to join him on stage as he attempted reelection for the third time.
An “insider” told reporters that the couple “both feel they got burned in Washington and don’t want to go back and expose themselves and their children to another bitter campaign.”

Trump replied to this through a Truth Social post in December and said: “Contrary to fake news reporting, I never asked Jared or Ivanka to be part of the 2024 campaign for President and, in fact, specifically asked them not to do it—too mean and nasty with the fake & corrupt news and having to deal with some absolutely horrendous sleazebags in the world of politics and beyond.”
He added, “There has never been anything like this ‘ride’ before, and they should not be further subjected to it. I ran twice, getting millions more votes the second time (rigged), & am doing it again!”
