Jeffrey Epstein’s List Will be Unsealed for Public, Judge Ordered

Vast court documents containing names of Jeffrey Epstein’s associates will be released in early 2024 as ordered by a federal judge in New York.

As part of a civil lawsuit settlement involving Epstein’s partner Ghislaine Maxwell, and their victim Virginia Giuffre, about 180 names will be disclosed. The terms were finalized in 2017.

This list will expose the extent and gravity of Epstein’s sex trafficking that preyed on women and girls in New York, New Mexico, the US Virgin Islands, and elsewhere. Some of the names may just be included during the depositions, emails, or legal documents.

However, some names of minors involved in the case and a person who was misattributed by a journalist will remain under seal.

Also, one person requested the court not to include her name as it could endanger her.

US District Judge Loretta Preska granted a two-week delay on the publication of the names to allow anyone included in the list to appeal.

Some documents were already available to the public, including the 2016 deposition of Rinaldo Rizzo, who was Glenn Dubin’s private chef, who testified that Maxwell and Epstein came over and brought a 15-year-old disoriented Swedish girl.

Epstein was at the Metropolitan Correction Center in Manhattan, New York where he was found dead in his jail cell in 2019. His death was ruled a suicide, although many allude that there could be foul play in the incident.

The financier was already convicted as a sex offender in Florida at the time of his death. He is awaiting his trial for sex trafficking.

For Maxwell, she was already serving a 20-year prison sentence. Epstein’s paramour was found guilty of sex trafficking and procuring girls for sex trafficking.

Since 1994, the former lovers turned business associates, worked together to identify girls, groom them, entice them to travel, and transport them to Epstein’s properties in New York, Florida, New Mexico, and elsewhere.

Girls, as young as 14 years old, were subjected to sexual abuse under the guise of “massage.”

According to Giuffre, Maxwell groomed her when she was 16 years old. Between 2000 and 2002, the ex-couple directed her to have sex with prominent associates, including Britain’s Prince Andrew.

The Congress has not yet decided whether to release the names of Epstein’s clients who traveled with him on his private jet. Republicans are accusing Democrats of “stonewalling” their requests for the said documents.

The jet, also referred to as “Lolita Express” was utilized by Epstein to transport minors to island and other properties for sex trafficking purposes.
