Tony Bobulinski, the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings and a former business partner of the Biden family, has accused a top FBI official of burying information he provided to the bureau about the Bidens’ alleged criminal activities.
Bobulinski made the allegations against FBI Deputy Director Tim Thibault in an interview with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson on Wednesday night.
Bobulinski said he met with Thibault and another FBI agent in October 2020 and provided them with “a trove of evidence” about the Bidens’ alleged financial crimes. Bobulinski said he was hoping the FBI would launch an investigation into the matter.
However, Bobulinski claimed that Thibault “buried” the information he provided and never followed up with him.
“I was very disappointed that the FBI didn’t follow up,” Bobulinski said. “I think Tim Thibault, the deputy director, buried it.”
Bobulinski’s allegations come as President Joe Biden faces mounting scrutiny over his family’s alleged financial crimes.
Biden has denied any wrongdoing, but Bobulinski said the evidence he has collected proves that the Bidens are “compromised” and “have been compromised by the Chinese.”
Bobulinski said he decided to come forward with his allegations because he is “fed up” with the Bidens’ lies and he wants to “set the record straight.”
“The Bidens have been lying to the American people for four years,” Bobulinski said. “I’m done with it.”
Bobulinski also accused Biden of lying about his role in his son’s business dealings with China. Bobulinski said he has “firsthand knowledge” that Biden was “directly involved” in his son’s business dealings with CEFC, a Chinese energy company.
“I have first-hand knowledge that Joe Biden was directly involved in Hunter Biden’s dealings with CEFC,” Bobulinski said. “He was aware of everything that went on.”
Bobulinski said he is “willing to testify under oath” about his allegations and he has turned over all of his evidence to the FBI.

“I’m willing to put my life on the line, my reputation on the line to clear this up,” Bobulinski said.
The FBI declined to comment on Bobulinski’s allegations. Thibault has not publicly responded to Bobulinski’s claims.
Bobulinski’s allegations come as the Senate Judiciary Committee is set to vote on Thursday on whether to subpoena Bobulinski to testify about his allegations against the Bidens.
Bobulinski has said he is “willing and able” to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Bobulinski, who was once Biden’s business partner in SinoHawk Holdings, said that he met with Thibault, who he described as the “No. 2 guy at the FBI,” for three hours on Oct. 23 and gave him a thumb drive containing all of his information on the Bidens.
“He said, ‘Tony, I want to let you know that we’re very interested in what you have to say and we will protect you if you come forward,'” Bobulinski said. “I said, ‘Tim, that’s great. I appreciate that.'”
Bobulinski said he never heard back from Thibault or the FBI after their meeting. He added that he has since turned over all of his information to the Senate Homeland Security Committee and the Senate Finance Committee.
“The fact that the FBI has done nothing with this, the fact that they met with me and have not acted on it, is a national disgrace,” Bobulinski said. “And somebody needs to be fired.”
Bobulinski’s allegations come as the FBI is reportedly investigating Hunter Biden’s business dealings in China. The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday that the probe is focused on whether Hunter Biden violated foreign-lobbying laws.
Bobulinski’s allegations could also reignite Republican calls for an investigation into Joe Biden’s role in his son’s business dealings. GOP lawmakers have accused Joe Biden of using his influence to help Hunter Biden land lucrative deals, including with a Ukrainian gas company and a Chinese bank.
Joe Biden has denied any wrongdoing, and he has not been accused of any crimes. The Biden campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Business Insider.
