According to the Conservative brief, several liberal Supreme Court justices appointed and selected by former President Barack Obama are being chastised, lambasted, and ridiculed on various social media platforms for making false allegations and proposing ridiculous ideas throughout previous proceedings against President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine regulations.
According to Becker News, seven of the hearing’s worst lies were exposed, when supreme court justices mislead so blatantly and shamelessly about one of the most major matters in modern history, America could be in a tricky situation. In open discussions on a major issue involving Biden’s vaccination requirement, the nation’s highest court’s liberal side promoted shameless misinformation about Covid-19. When it came to trying to mislead the public at large in an attempt to defend her predetermined outcome that the federal vaccination requirement should be implemented, Justice Sonia Sotomayor was the primary factor. According to Fox News, Sotomayor objected to numerous arguments made by Ohio law officer Benjamin Flowers, who’d been speaking on behalf of Republican-led states challenging the requirement.
Sotomayor then erroneously claimed, “We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in critical condition, and many of them on ventilators.” Phil Kerpen, who already has done much study and writing on COVID, fact-checked her. “This is simply astonishing,” Kerpen wrote on Twitter. According to Sotomayor, there are ‘100,000 youngsters in critical condition.’ ‘Where do these people obtain their misinformation? the present national pediatric COVID census per HHS is 3,342. Many/most incidental.’” Sotomayor then asserted during the hearing that the omicron variation is just as lethal as prior forms, which is also not supported by current data. “A state-by-state analysis shows Omicron could be a fraction as deadly because the wild or Delta variants,” According to Becker News. Then, Justice Stephen Breyer argued that “hospitals are nearly full to capacity,” which Kerpen contradicted with evidence.
Sotomayor went on to say that covid fatalities are at an all-time high, which is obviously incorrect. Cases are decreasing, and fatalities have been decreasing for months. As omicron appeared to spread fast, it is much less dangerous than prior strains and certainly considerably less dangerous than the initial strain.
