The legendary rock band KISS shot down anti-Americans who have been disrespectful to the American flag or the National Anthem.

The rock band stopped one of their shows to honor military members. They recited the Pledge of Allegiance and then performed their version of the national anthem.

There was a not-so-subtle jab at Colin Kaepernick by the lead singer, Paul Stanley.

“You should remember, patriotism is always cool,” lead singer Paul Stanley told the crowd. “Loving your country is always cool. Standing up, respecting, and honoring our military is always cool.”

He added, “So, to show some respect between pick-throwing, we’re going to put our right hands over our hearts and why don’t we say the Pledge of Allegiance.”

Truth Revolt reported:

At a stop in Worcester, Massachusetts, Kiss brought its roadie for the day onstage, along with other members of the military past and present, and led the entire arena in the Pledge of Allegiance, something the band has done before.

This is not surprising for this band. They have been consistently pro-American and pro-military in the past. Over the years, they have hired military veterans to work as roadies on their various tours.

They have also given out free and discounted tickets to veterans and troops currently serving.

“We are proud to partner with HOH and Vet Tix to highlight the incredible commitment and sacrifices of hometown heroes serving in the National Guard and Reserve forces,” added Kiss frontman and co-founder Gene Simmons. “Many of these heroes have given a lot — and some have given all — and we will honor them in every town we tour.”

The band also noted that “freedom is only free because of the people who have sacrificed for us.”

Many athletes have been kneeling during the National Anthem. Colin Kaepernick is the most prolific of the athletes for doing so.

“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color,” Kaepernick told NFL Media.

After Kaepernick did this, the 49ers issued a statement on his decision:

The national anthem is and always will be a special part of the pre-game ceremony. It is an opportunity to honor our country and reflect on the great liberties we are afforded as its citizens. In respecting such American principles as freedom of religion and freedom of expression, we recognize the right of an individual to choose and participate, or not, in our celebration of the national anthem.

Following his decision to not stand for the anthem, Kaepernick received very mixed reactions. Many Americans did not and do not agree with him.

Kaepernick went unsigned the following offseason after becoming a free agent. He signed with Nike and appeared in the infamous ad for them.

Just goes to show that woke virtue signaling doesn’t always work.
