The corporate media have long been accused of biased reporting, where liberals get most of the coverage and news grandstand so-called achievements of the Democrats. Well, this could be right.

According to a study from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications, only 3.4 percent of journalists in the U.S. are Republicans.

At least 1,600 US journalists joined the online survey, the latest in a series of studies dating back to 1971.

The poll discovered that there are at least 36.4 percent of Democrats in the newsroom. An increase from the 2013 survey, which found that there were 28.1 percent of Democratic journalists,

One example published by the Washington Examiner is when New York Times staffers threw a tantrum when the media outfit published Sen. Tom Cotton’s (R-AR) opinion that the federal government should use force to stop violent Black Lives Matter riots, the culmination of several outrages at the outlet over pieces that went against its liberal slant.

These liberal journalists, however, were silent when the outlet released news about actual terrorists, including a Hamas mayor earlier this week.

Media bias against the right is so blatant that it has led to a lot of massive and persistent blunders.

One media outfit cited the coverage of COVID-19 as an example. “Instead of criticizing experts or politicians who made unequivocal statements of fact that were inevitable and proven wrong, they promoted and upheld whatever the establishment said.”

CNN personalities rebelled against Chris Licht when he tried to bring some balance to the partisan network, ultimately leading to his firing.

Fox News dismissed one of their most popular broadcasters, Tucker Carlson, as he was critical of the network.

In theory, journalism should hold power accountable. However, when partisan views of media coincide with power structures within education, entertainment, and other influential industries, their motivations are quickly altered.

The content they produce, the narratives they support, and the people they interview are motivated by this political alignment.

There are thousands of stories that we can recount to serve as an example of this media bias. Biden’s achievements, COVID-19, Hunter Biden, the Israel-Gaza War, and so on.

Liberals also monopolize industries and corporations. Take, for example, Disney, the NBA, ESPN, and Harvard, who are known for upholding woke principles.

This survey reflects the continuing distrust in the media and why “neutrality” is a farce. Some journalists claim to be impartial in politics, but when placed in a difficult situation or required to make a choice, they reveal their true colors.
