Massive Fraud in Mail-in Ballots Exposed; Trump Won in 2020 Elections

Prompted by a December survey by Heartland/Rasmussen where one out of five mail-in voters confessed to committing fraud in the 2020 election, the group conducted a new study assessing how the election fraud has probably influenced the overall result of the 2020 U.S. Presidential race.

After examining the data collected, researchers from Heartland Institute discovered that mail-in ballot has “significantly” affected the previous presidential race.

They added that because the elections were held amid the pandemic, various states failed to implement legislative measures to track these mail-in ballots.

Researchers wrote, “Had the 2020 election been conducted as every national election has been over the past centuries, where the majority of the voters cast their ballots personally, “Donald Trump would have almost certainly been re-elected.”

Heartland Institute researchers analyzed data gathered from a December survey, which the former president dubbed “the biggest story of the year.”

According to the study, roughly 20 percent of mail-in voters committed fraud, such as voting in states where they are no longer registered.

Subjecting this raw data, Heartland analysts now believe that 28.2 percent of respondents who cast their ballot through mail-in had committed at least “one type of behavior that is “under most circumstances, illegal”‘

They furthered, “This means that more than one-in-four ballots cast by mail in 2020 were likely cast fraudulently, and thus should not have been counted.

A research editor and research fellow of the institute told The Epoch Times that “there are narrow exceptions” that they have considered, “like filling out a mail-in ballot on behalf of another voter if that person is blind, illiterate or disabled, and requests assistance.”

However, he also emphasized that such cases were “within the margin of error and not statistically significant.”

Heartland analysts dug deeper and assessed the potential effects of these fake mail-in ballots on six key swing states where Trump reportedly lost.

Researchers followed this methodology:

First, they analyzed the election turnout for the six swing states, particularly Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Using the 28.2 percent deemed as fraudulent mail-in ballots, analysts then tested various scenarios, adjusting the percentage from 28.2 percent up to as low as 1 percent. They recalculated the electoral turnout in these six states and studied how these varying levels of fraud have affected the results of the 2020 election.

In those 29 scenarios, the researchers concluded that President Trump should have won the 2020 election in all but three.

This meant that if the fraudulent mail-in ballots were only down to 1 to 3 percent, Biden’s victory could have been legitimate.

However, based on the study conducted in December, fake mail-in ballots reached up to 28.5 percent.

Researchers stood by their overall assessment that there was a 25 to 28.5 percent fraudulent mail-in ballots, which impacted Joe Biden’s victory, without this, Trump should have won the elections.
