Fox News has been killing it lately. One can’t quite say the same for the rest of the mainstream media. The Raging Patriot recently reported that AdWeek published the viewership results for cable news shows this week and “The Five” and “Tucker Carlson Tonight” dominated.

“On the cable news programming front, Fox News’ The Five was the most-watched show of the week (3.08 million at 5 p.m.) and the second-most-watched among adults 25-54 (433,000) at 8 p.m. Tucker Carlson Tonight came in second in total viewers (3.05 million at 8 p.m.) and No. 1 among adults 25-54 (483,000). Hannity took No. 3 in total viewers (2.62 million at 9 p.m.) followed by Jesse Watters Primetime at No. 4 (2.54 million at 7 p.m.), and Special Report with Bret Baier at No. 5 (2.245 million viewers at 6 p.m.). Fox News as a network secured the top 18 cable news telecasts for the week among adults 25-54,” AdWeek reported. Carlson’s show has also been performing well among Democrats in the key demographic of 25-54 year-olds.

We then reported that Rachel Maddow, the popular MSNBC host, recently returned from a nearly two-month-long hiatus. She revealed to viewers that she is going to be taking more time off and she will only go on air once a week now. MSNBC’s key 9 p.m. ET primetime weeknight slot has been mired in a rating slump since The Rachel Maddow show shifted to a once-per-week format, according to Nielsen data. Since the start of the month, the left-leaning network has aired MSNBC Prime in the critical time slot four nights per week– with its star anchor Maddow taking the reins to host her show only Mondays.

Now, it is being reported that Fox News continues to dominate cable ratings while the conservative network’s rivals continue to see subpar ratings. Fox News quadrupled MSNBC in the key 25-54 age demographic during prime time on Friday night.

Tucker Carlson’s show continues to dominate as does Fox News hit show The Five. For CNN and MSNBC the news is about as good as President Joe Biden’s approval numbers and he is currently the least popular president in polling history.
