The November mid-term elections are approaching fast. Despite recent polling indicating the Democrats have a chance to hold onto control of Congress, a red tidal wave is expected to roll across the nation. Democrat’s inexcusable actions over the last two years will hurt them in the coming vote.

If the Democrats lose control of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi’s reign of terror is coming to an end. Both parties believe the house will switch to the Republicans. The Senate may stay in control of the liberal progressives for now.

Even Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer from New York believes Pelosi is in trouble. Recently, Schumer was dining at the Trattoria Alberto, an Italian restaurant on Capitol Hill, when he was overheard discussing Pelosi’s impending dethroning.

He told fellow lawmakers this week that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is “in trouble” and Democrats will likely lose the House in November’s midterm elections, according to a new report. He also believes the Democrats have the slimmest hopes of holding onto the Senate.

According to the report, Schumer’s dinner companions included Chris Coons and Tom Carper of Delaware, Mark Kelly of Arizona, Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, John Hickenlooper of Colorado, and Dick Durbin of Illinois.

Schumer’s loose lips did not just stop at the gloomy Pelosi predictions. He also believes Chuck Grassley will continue to represent the people of Iowa and defeat Democrat Mike Franken. He criticized Kevin McCarthy by calling him a suck-up to President Trump.

It is not clear why the Brooklyn Democrat was so chatty but it certainly couldn’t have been inspiring to Arizona’s Mark Kelly. He is fighting for his seat with the quickly rising Blake Masters and the Biden record. Arizona is in the middle of an epic battle against immigration at the hands of Biden.

Arizona was one of the states with numerous voter irregularities during the 2020 election. Those irregularities are still being fought over in the courts. To make matter worse, they have already had issues with current mail-in voting.

There have been ballots sent to incorrect addresses. Candidates have been left off ballots. Ballots are sent to voters who don’t belong to that district. In addition, videos have surfaced of Democrat election officials illegally gaining access to election servers during the 2020 election. Arizona is going to be an issue.

Schumer’s words may not be encouraging for Democrats but his actions are even less inspiring. It has been reported Schumer was transferring $15 million from his campaign account to help his fellow Democrats in Senate races across the country ahead of the Nov. 8 election.

Pelosi must be finally facing the fact her tenure as the nation’s tormentor is coming to an end. The House speaker wants President Biden to nominate her to be ambassador to Italy if, as expected, Republicans regain control of the chamber in the fall midterm elections.

It might also explain the questionable investment moves her husband Paul has been making over the last several months. During her time in control of the committees that regulate her husband’s trades, she and Paul may be looking to cash in on one last windfall before the end.

The mood at the Italian eatery must have been somber for those sitting slack-jawed listening to Chuckie. But, his final words must have gone over like flatulence in a Church when he told them all he believes their arch enemy will run for President again in 2024.

He reportedly said he expected former President Donald Trump to mount a 2024 presidential bid and blamed former New York Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo for a botched redistricting effort that failed to deliver an advantageous position for the party.

When the bill arrived to pay for the dinner, it is safe to assume the taxpayers of the United States ended up paying for it. Normally, that would be an issue for many Republicans. However, in this case, I think they would gladly pay for the attendees to drown their sorrows in as expensive a bottle of wine as possible.
