In a new article by MSN, Joy Behar came out and said she didn’t know that black people couldn’t ‘get guns’. Somehow someway Joy Behar continues her remarks on ‘The View’ about her stance on guns. This time by not even knowing that black people can and do own guns.
Joy Behar and guest co-host Lindsey Granger, The conservative-leaning host for the show, Got into a heated discussion with Joy Behar about gun ownership in the United States. Granger had shared a story about a black man in Connecticut having an AR-15 to protect his family, Behar interrupted to express her opinion on what would happen if black people started owning guns.
“Once black people get guns in this country, the gun laws will change. Trust me,” Behar said. This comment from the host raises quite a few questions. Why does Joy Behar not realize that black people have guns in this country? Next, does she think that those people are incapable of purchasing guns?
Is Joy Behar unaware that black people have owned firearms and guns for centuries? The truth is not only that my people have been buying guns but they’ve owned guns for quite a long time.
The conservative co-host tried to correct Joy Behar, but it did not appear that Joy Behar understood what she was saying. “Black people have been buying guns. Look it up,” Granger said.
What is the problem with liberals and their condescending opinion of black people or black people owning guns in this country? First of all, the liberals portray black people as unable to get government-issued identification. Now they’re going out of their way to say black people have no chance of getting guns.
Another interesting caveat is the surge of gun violence in the inner cities all throughout America. Throughout this big crime wave, Those people who have been affected the most by gun violence are black people. (Who have been predominantly shot and killed by other black men).
Was Joy Behar truly oblivious to this or did her toxic left-wing beliefs and ideologies blind her from the actual truth? And what is really going on in the inner cities in America?
Considering some surveys of gun ownership in the United States, I study conducted by the Pew Research Center revealed that while black people comprise about 13% of the population, they account for 24% of gun ownership. comparatively, white people make up more than 60% of the American population, but only 36% own firearms.
Joy Behar’s comments seemed to indicate the massive condensation through which lots of left-wingers view black people in the United States of America. to be honest, It’s very offensive and insulting, comments like these are bringing awareness, so that hopefully black people start to realize the ignorance and craziness of left-wingers. Also, I wish for black people to recognize the craziness of their ideologies and anyone that dares to not agree with them.
