‘Emergency’ or not, intentionally murdering an innocent baby is never needed to save the life of a mother. If the federal government truly cares for women, it needs to turn its energy to investing in support for pregnant mothers and postpartum care.
These pro-choice morons claim, particularly in Idaho, that gynecologists are leaving the state in droves. However, these are LIES. Even before the Roe v Wade case was overturned, birth services in the state were declining.
Meanwhile, it looks like stupidity has also reached the US Supreme Court as it “accidentally” posted an opinion (again) in a case related to Idaho’s abortion ban. This is the second time the SCOTUS “inadvertently” published their stand on abortion; the first was their reversal of the Roe v Wade decision.

Patricia McCabe, the SCOTUS public information officer, said in a statement, “The Court’s Publications Unit inadvertently and briefly uploaded a document to the Court’s website.”
“The Court’s opinion in Moyle v. United States and Idaho v. United States will be issued in due course.”
Although it is unclear if the document is final or a draft, it essentially states that the SCOTUS allows abortion in Idaho.
The Bloomberg News obtained a copy of the document and published a copy on Wednesday.
Written on Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s opinion, “Today’s decision is not a victory for pregnant patients in Idaho. It is a delay.”
The decision ultimately allows doctors to terminate the life of the unborn child, without looking into ways to salvage the life of both the baby and the mother.
“While this court dawdles and the country waits, pregnant people experiencing emergency medical conditions remain in a precarious position, as their doctors are kept in the dark about what the law requires.”
Meanwhile, Justice Elena Kagan, in a concurring opinion, asserts that the decision “will prevent Idaho from enforcing its abortion ban when the termination of a pregnancy is needed to prevent serious harm to a woman’s health.”
The state of Idaho has been a staunch supporter of life, and they have put it into state law, “The Idaho Defense of Life Act.”
Meanwhile, baby-killer Democrats argue that EMTALA, a federal law allowing hospitals to provide emergency rooms for patients in need of ‘medical’ care, including abortion, supersedes the state law.
According to the document, court justices voted 6-3, supporting the call to lift a stay it had placed on a federal district court order. Meanwhile, Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch dissented from the decision.

I do not feel that the Government should have a say as to whether I should have an abortion or not, this should be between the Doctor and the patient, everyone else: butt out.
