Portland Real Estate Agent Accused of Drive-By Airsoft Shooting at Trump Supporters Outside ICE Facility

Portland, Ore. (February 10, 2026) — A 28-year-old licensed real estate agent faces police scrutiny after video footage showed her allegedly firing nearly 20 airsoft pellets from a moving vehicle at a group of pro-Trump livestreamers near a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility on February 6. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. as the group filmed near the ICE building amid ongoing protests related to the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement and deportation policies.

According to witnesses and multiple videos circulating online, Isis Symone Irving first drove past the livestreamers and yelled profanities, including calling them “Nazis,” “fascists,” and directing anti-ICE statements at them. She reportedly threw water bottles and became involved in a physical scuffle with activist and streamer Shayne Holt before driving away.

Irving returned to the scene 30–45 minutes later and allegedly discharged the airsoft gun, which resembled a real handgun and had no orange safety markings, at the group from her white Lexus. Thomas Allen, a well-known right-wing videographer who frequently streams at the facility, was struck three times in the arm and once near his eye. Allen later said, “If I didn’t have glasses on, it could have hit me in my eyeball.”

In a tearful follow-up video posted to Instagram and referenced across social media, Irving portrayed herself as the victim. She claimed her car had been damaged, she had been doxxed, and she suffered pepper spray burns during the earlier confrontation. She insisted she hurt no one and implied the shooting was in response to provocation.

Portland Police are reviewing extensive video evidence from the scene and the livestreams. No arrests or charges had been filed as of Tuesday afternoon. Irving, who lives in an apartment near the ICE facility, was previously listed as a realtor with a local firm and has been identified in reports as an anti-ICE activist.

The confrontation escalated after an apparent kick to her vehicle, which prompted her to exit and confront the group. Holt began recording, leading to the verbal and physical exchange that included racialized insults directed at him.

The event highlights the persistent volatility around Portland’s ICE facility, a frequent flashpoint for protests and counter-protests since the start of the current administration’s intensified deportation efforts. Police have not released an official statement beyond confirming they are investigating the reported assault with a weapon. Irving could face charges including assault and unlawful use of a weapon if the evidence supports the allegations.
