Puberty Blockers Now Restricted in the UK

Woke DEI ideology does not care about you or your children — it does not care if it destroys your values, your family, or even your own body in the name of so-called ‘gender equity.’

Members of the LGBTQ+ community preach about freeing oneself and arrogantly assert that they have the right to choose whichever gender they want to be while blatantly disregarding its effects on one’s minds and bodies, especially among children.

The truth? Woke-DEI sh*t is a self-centered B.S. designed by Democrat morons to destroy the communities, relationships among families, and one’s perception of self.

The United Kingdom is close to realizing this, which is why last month, the country imposed a ban on puberty blockers among young people under 18.

According to Justice Beverley Lang, the imposition of such a restriction is constitutional, and they have found that the puberty blockers provided “very substantial risks and very narrow benefits” and that it is backed by “powerful scientific evidence.”

Justice Lang further asserts that gender care is a field of  “remarkably weak evidence,” and young people get trapped in a “stormy social discourse.”

The ban blocks the NHS from giving out medication except for clinical trials and disallows it from being prescribed by privately owned suppliers.

Last year, the NHS decided to stop prescribing puberty blockers as they believed there wasn’t enough proof about its evidence as opposed to harms.

The NHS-led review found that “it is not enough to demonstrate that a medication doesn’t cause harm, it needs to be demonstrated that it will deliver clinical benefit in a defined group of patients”.

Health Secretary Wes Streeting lauded the decision but emphasized that he is treading cautiously not to upset the gay community. He said he was working with the NHS to set up a clinical trial on puberty blockers.

“Children’s healthcare must be evidence-led,” Streeting added. “We must therefore act cautiously and with care when it comes to this vulnerable group of young people.”

Transgender advocates justify the use of puberty blockers as giving young ones “time to think.”

These drugs slow down a child’s natural development during puberty, which includes blocking the release of hormones such as estrogen and testosterone. Puberty blockers affect growth in height, breast development, and boy’s facial growth, etc.

The final report on Cass Review, an in-depth study on professionals’ experience in gender services, which the judge used as one of her references for her decision, wrote, “There is no evidence that puberty blockers buy time to think, and some concern that they may change the trajectory of psychosexual gender identity development.”
