REPUBLICAN STATES OWNING BIDEN: Nebraska Gov. to send law enforcement to TX to aid with border-crisis

Republican Governor of Nebraska, Pete Ricketts, has agreed to send law enforcement to help secure the Texas border amid an increasing crisis.

“The disastrous policies of the Biden-Harris Administration created an immigration crisis on the border. While the federal government has fallen short in its response, Nebraska is happy to step up to provide assistance to Texas as they work to protect their communities and keep people safe,” said Ricketts. The governor stated the assistance is in tune with a mutual agreement between the states and a request from Governor Greg Abbott.

His office announced, “A team of approximately 25 Nebraska State Patrol troopers will travel to Del Rio, Texas later this month where they will partner with the Texas Department of Public Safety to provide law enforcement assistance.  The team’s deployment will last no longer than 16 days.”

The recent unprecedented surge in illegal immigrants and noncitizen criminals entering the southern border has led Texas to take action. A lack of federal aid brought Governor Abbott to announce the state will build its own border barriers. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has also assisted Texas and Arizona with law enforcement to assist with the border crisis.
