SHOTS FIRED! Detroit Hired Seven Times More Liberal Poll Watchers than GOP, RNC Files Charges

Democrats’ attempts at cheating could have been more subtle, more discreet, and less obvious, but this is what makes them who they are – crass, careless, and certainly don’t give a sh*t about any Americans long as they maintain control.

But the Republicans today, under the leadership of President Donald Trump, RNC Chairman Michael Whatley, and Co-chair Lara Trump, work hard to maintain election integrity. They are the only party that cares about righteousness and honesty.

In Detroit, the RNC slammed Detroit’s election body for hiring more liberal poll workers than Republicans for the 2024 election, a blatant show of bias.

According to Michigan state law, the board of election commissioners “shall appoint an equal number, as nearly as possible, of election inspectors in each election precinct from each major political party.”

Sadly, the city of Detroit deemed it righteous that they only hired 300 GOP election inspectors while hiring 2,300 Democratic poll workers for the upcoming election in November.

The RNC, Michigan GOP, and chairs of Wayne County Republican Committees immediately filed charges against the City of Detroit’s Election Commission which violated the state law, whose legal duty is to appoint an equal number of GOP and Democratic poll workers for the general election.

“Detroit’s failure to hire Republican poll workers is the kind of bad-faith Democrat interference that drives down faith in elections,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley and Co-Chair Lara Trump wrote in their statement.

“The RNC is bringing suit to remedy this completely unacceptable breach of public trust and our unprecedented election integrity campaign will continue to fight in Michigan and nationwide to protect the rights of every voter to have fair, accurate, secure, and transparent elections,” the RNC leaders continued.

The RNC also highlighted that of the 675 election inspectors they nominated, Detroit only appointed 52 of the party’s inspectors for the primary election. Meanwhile, Detroit hired around 250 GOP members not nominated by the party.

In their lawsuit, Whatley and Trump demand that the commission implement “appropriate practices and procedures to ensure the appointment of an equal number, as nearly as possible, of Republican and Democrat election inspectors” and comply with state law by October 15.

The RNC asserted, “A ratio of 7 Democrats to every one Republican inspector is not even close to equal.” This unequal distribution of election watchers “breaches state law but undermines the integrity and fairness of the electoral process.”

Whatley and Trump demand that the Detroit election board correct this imbalance and “ensure that November’s election adheres to the legal requirements for balanced party representation.”
