Sports Analyst and Ex-NFL Kicker Jay Feely Backs Trump, ‘Donald Trump Did a Better Job’

President Donald Trump enjoyed another endorsement that will echo exponentially as former NFL kicker and CBS sports analyst Jay Feely endorsed the former president.

Feely, a top-tier athlete who played for several NFL teams during the 2000s, did not mince his words when he described President Trump as the stronger leader contrary to the Biden-Harris regime. Feely’s statement of support joins a growing list of high-profile sports personalities who back President Trump, including Hulk Hogan, Dana White, and Brett Favre.

“If you look at Donald Trump and you do it objectively, just look at his three or four years in office before COVID hit, and compare it to the four years of the Biden-Harris administration, by every measure that matters to everyday Americans—like the economy, safety, and securing the border—Donald Trump did a better job,” Feely said in a candid interview on OutKick’s “Don’t @ Me with Dan Dakich.”

There is more to Feely’s support to President Trump than just an endorsement. As he champions the return of President Trump to the White House, the sports celebrity called on fellow Republicans to step up in November. As a long-time voter of Arizona, he eagerly urged Republicans in the state to show up in force and cast their votes on election day. “There are over 200,000 registered Republicans in Arizona who didn’t vote in the last presidential election. If just half of those people vote this time, Trump wins the state. And that goes for every swing state,” he pointed out.

For Feely, the stakes in the upcoming elections go beyond partisan politics. As a father of five kids and a role model for many Americans, he considers his platform a chance to promote values that unite the country. Being a philanthropist as well, he considers athletes, like himself, as more than just sports figures – they are citizens first who should impart good values and common sense to the public.

Feely also aired his frustration with the current political climate. “We should be able to talk about politics and who we support without the fear of being canceled or attacked,” he said. “Whether you’re liberal or conservative, you should be free to express your beliefs without backlash.”

For many observers, Feely’s standpoint shows how more Americans are becoming disgusted with the current nature of politics, which divides the nation. For Feely and many across the country, American values are being trampled by leftist agendas, demanding a need to return to reasoned discourse combined with President Trump’s policies to revive the nation.

With Arizona considered one of the battleground states, Feely’s voice joins the chorus of American patriots urging devoted citizens to make their vote count in November and swing the elections in President Trump’s favor. Feely’s call to action is clear: “Vote for policy. Vote for people who can lead the country to the direction you think it should be led.”
