The US Supreme Court (SCOTUS), in a 5-4 vote, favored Joe Biden’s Border Patrol agents to remove the razor wire fence set up by Texas National Guards to prevent illegal migrants from entering Eagle Pass.
All justices except Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito Jr., Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh dissented the decision.
With the SCOTUS siding with the federal government, Border Patrol agents will remove the concertina wars while litigation continues.
Earlier this month, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott installed roughly 30 miles of wire along the Rio Grande.
According to the dissenters, they would have opposed the federal government’s demand to lift the lower court injunction, which would allow the government to cut the wires installed by the Texas government.
Those who approved the request did not explain their vote.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton slammed the decision and called the Biden administration’s stance an “illegal effort to aid the foreign invasion of America.”
Paxton added, “the destruction of Texas’s border barriers will not help enforce the law of keep American citizens safe.”
“This fight is not over, and I look forward to defending our state’s sovereignty.”
For Texas Governor Greg Abbot, the razor wires are an effective deterrent to the illegal crossings “Biden encourages.”
The governor pledged to “continue to defend Texas’ constitutional authority to secure the border and prevent the Biden administration from destroying our property.”
National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd also blasted the ruling which he said, “undoubtedly encourages more illegal immigration.”
“Unfortunately, this means Border Patrol agents are going to be tied up dealing with give-ups rather than going after the criminal elements that constantly cross our borders illegally,” Judd wrote to Fox News.

To control the surge of illegal migrants, the Texas National Guard and state troopers seized the 47-acre Shelby Park, put up concertina wires, and prohibited the public from accessing the Eagle Pass.
This move prevented border agents from accessing a portion of the Rio Grande in Eagle Pass, said the Department of Justice in their court filing.
Eagle Pass Mayor Rolando Salinas said in a statement that the park will be closed indefinitely and that the Texas government made this move to prevent immigrants from illegally entering the US through Texas.
According to the DOJ, the National Guard blocked border agents from accessing a 2.5-mile stretch of the southern border in Eagle Pass, Texas.
State authorities also denied CBP of using their boats to patrol the Rio Grande. The DOJ seeks the US Supreme Court to intervene in the ongoing litigation between the state and the Federal government.
On Friday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott defended their takeover and said that “Texas has the legal authority to control ingress into any geographic location in the state of Texas.”

We do not understand what the leaders say at all.
What is the malfunction in the Supreme Court that they would allow the USA to be invaded by these criminals regardless of what they claim we had a system that could verify they’re telling the truth or they just want a free ride at the expense of the US citizen. You would think supreme court would allow this governor to put a stop to illegal crossing of our border we have way over the amount of people have crossed our border that we can sustain. The only thing possible is that our Supreme Court is helping Biden destroy America
